It was a newer hotel

Our room was not cleaned during our stay and could not even get a cup of coffee without having to pay for it, after paying over $300.00 a night for the room.

Close to venue

None of the appliances worked!!!! Housekeeping knocked on our door at 10:30 telling us check out was 11. We were fully aware and getting our luggage together. It was rude and pushy. There were only like 4 rooms occupied. Seriously what is the rush.

When I arrived they tried to bill my credit card for the stay even though Booking.com had already collected the payment in advance

It’s relativity new and clean. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Breakfast was not included and very limited.

Room amenities were amazing; food options, lobby and bar were welcoming, Helpful staff too!!

No pool

Front desk lady as rude . She claims to not have a reservation for our stay. Had to show booking info ,,still says no reservation...finally figured it out..not a nice person. Attitude and she was training a new employee

It was clean.

Could not connect to WiFi. I was charged for Starbucks which; i did not purchasre.

Rip Off

It was a big weekend in Tuscaloosa. This hotel jacked the rates to $934 per night!And didn’t clean the room or replenish the coffee

This property was extremely nice. It was very clean and centrally located. The staff was very nice and friendly. Will definitely stay there again.

It’s new so it was cool

That I couldn’t pay cash at check in. There was a problem with the sink and I was unable to wash my hands wash my face brush my teeth and those type things because of the sink I took pictures Sam’s showed staff and they weren’t concerned didn’t offer to fix the issue like a discount on my stay or another room

Hotel is new,clean, staff was very friendly and helpful.

Room and Hotel environment was great. Gym had great equipment.

Understaffed. Cafe/bar was not manned. Gym was kept too hot, warmer than hallways. Hard to work out in a hot room.

Stayed at the hotel with my daughter’s softball team. We were playing in a tournament in the area. The hotel has been open about 6 weeks. It was extremely clean. The staff was very friendly! The team enjoyed eating breakfast in the lounge area, and having Starbucks. Definitely enjoyed our stay!!

Very attentive and helpful staff.

Hair in the shower showed a lack of detailed cleaning.
