Best Western Plus Bass Hotel & Suites

Great location, clean friendly staff

This hotel was very unclean, stains on furniture, bed sheets, and the carpet. Breakfast was disgusting! Hotel staff were not friendly!

The staff were very polite and helpful. The manager was more than helpful and should be commended for taking on this property.

HUGE moisture problems with this whole property. 1st room: Black mold in the bathroom. 2nd room was musty and there was dark unknown spatter over the walls. 3rd room, horrible odor and wet floors. Stay elsewhere. There are lots of other hotels near by.

Hotel allows pets and has safe spaces to walk them. Rooms are very quiet. Breakfast is better than expected.

Air in room didn't cool as we would have liked

The photos are inaccurate. There was no hot tub as pictured and the pool was freezing cold. No towels were provided at the pool. The shower water pressure was terrible and water got all over the bathroom due to poor drainage to walk in shower

The hotel staff and family were so friendly.

The hallways smelled funny but the room was very clean and smelled good.

Room 316 needs work. Shower curtain rod sags, such that curtain drifts towards the center and doesn't stay in place; sofa was rife with disgusting looking stains - needs a serious steam cleaning or a torch; large ketchup or sauce stain on curtain.

The room could have been cleaner and the free hot breakfast was never ready at 6am like they said it would, plus when it was finally ready it was cold ! Had to nuke everything ! One day it was 6:40am before it was kind of ready, then of corse it was cold.

It was close to a grocery store, gas station, and several restaurants.

The front desk employee was having a domestic disagreement on the phone when I came up to ask her a question. She continued the argument in front of me while I waited for her. The pool turned my sister's white t-shirt blue. The room needed repairs.

Kind staff, indoor pool

The building seems to be made of cardboard and broken dreams. You can hear everything - I could hear the person in the room next door peeing in their toilet. The family above us sounded like elephants but I'm pretty sure they were just walking like normal

The room was clean and roomy it smell good, lots of towels and a great location and professional staff. I will recommend to anyone

There was nothing that I didn't like

pool breakfast. easy to get to room. not bothered by hotel staff. everything was neat and clean.who can beat bacon for breakfast!!!!!!!

We liked that it had an indoor pool but when we arrived, we saw that it was dirty. Cigarettes and sand and water smelled funny. Best part was the nice lady who maintained the breakfast bar. She was Awesome!!!!

Room smelled like paint. Pool needs some serious TLC!!
