Wingate by Wyndham Montgomery East I-85

The staff was friendly and helpful. Our room was clean. The place was quiet.

Location and price

Micro bed pillows.

The room was clean

The front desk person was racially motivated. When addressing a person of color he was rude. When addressing a white person he was polite. He has way too much attitude to be interfacing with the public.

The room was very nice and had a great view of the lake.

The bed in the room was too close to the ac unit. The entrance to the hotel was difficult to find.

Very clean and quiet.

Needs a business office with computer to do business.

The staff was ok

My bathroom was dirty had bugs my TV didn't work.

Nothing price maybe!

Nasty bathroom Found used soap and toe nail clipping in bathroom Sheets dingy

Quiet, clean, and comfortable.

Location, and the breakfast, nice lobby

My check in time was 3:30 and my room wasn¿t ready till 4:30

Staff was very pleasant and professional.

I had an issue with my TV, and it took a while for the guy to get to me because he was the only person on duty that could handle the problem.

Bad Water pressure and bath tub would not drain after 45 minutes. I mention situation to front desk but no resolution...so I mention again upon checkout.

Area and price

hotel employee is the best went above and beyond for us

The TV is not working ..the handle on the shower is broken and rusted

The staff was very friendly. The hotel was in a well-lit, safe area with lots of food options around. The entire hotel was clean and well-maintained.

Nothing. I enjoyed the entire stay.

Wingate was a above average staff and room was excellent.

There was not any hot water at 9:30 pm and called the front desk but no one answered!! When we arrived, staff was out front smoking and could smell the smoke!! My wife and I are allergic to smoke.

The location was great

I didn't like the bed, I felt like I was sleeping on a water bed. My back has been hurting everyday since. The towels must have been in the room for a long time, when I showered and used the towel to dry off,the cotton came off on my skin.

Good staff and breakfast

Had to wear a mask

Quietness

The carpet in the hallway was really dirty needs to be replaced or taken up & it smelled like smoke. In the room the furniture was dusty & shower curtain needs to be changed.

Price was not bad.

Photos show hardwood flooring in rooms, but you get really dirty carpet.
