Homewood Suites by Hilton Montgomery EastChase

The staff were all Amazing, super helpful and ready to meet anything that was asked of them.

Bathroom needs to be updated. The cracks/mold on the floor by the shower, the shower vent was super dusty, having to work in overload it was super loud, no trash bags in bathroom, tv remotes had tapped up the back barely holding the batteries.

Several other guests were being so loud in the hallway that it woke me up around midnight. I was on the 3rd floor, behind a closed bedroom door with the tv on.

Staff were the epitome of professionalism ,kindness, and very attentive. Hotel was clean and felt very secure. Great breakfast!!!

There wasn't anything to dislike.

Location and all new

Breakfast only till 9 AM and housekeeping too early

The staff is absolutely amazing. They are friendly, and always willing to help. This hotel has a great team of employees, they are constantly cleaning and sanitizing. I was totally impressed with this hotel and would definitely recommend it to everyone

No, my experience was wonderful

The cleanliness and pet friendliness.

Not being able to stay longer.

Bed was very comfortable. I could¿ve stayed longer.

Buffet is about the same as the Hyatt so magnifying the hot buffet is probably not a good thing but it was still just fine.

Very quiet & the best was extremely comfortable

Not bad just interesting that on our last day, the bathroom was cleaned but the rest of the room was not. Like the housekeeping staff had an emergency & had to leave early

Great location. Friendly staff.

Furniture update is needed as much of it shows wear and stains.

clean hotel with amenities, great location, staff excellent

Very clean, friendly staff, great outdoor area with pool, grill, covered seating, basketball court

Location

The bathroom commode is to low.The bathroom should have a sliding door between the bathroom from bed because someone could be still sleeping and can see the light from the bathroom sink. The tub stopper comes up when you turn on shower.

The location next to a major mall and golf course. The pool area had an outdoor kitchen BBQ overlooking the golf course. Hotel staff was very ftiendly.

The staff was absolutely amazing. The set-up was great. The breakfast was nice. The parking is free and convenient. I can't say enough about the staff, from the front desk clerk to the maid service to the breakfast servers, everyone is always friendly

The room was not the usual clean room we associate with Staybridge. Someone had picked their nose and wiped it on the bathroom wall. That just completely was a let-down.

Friendly staff, convenient location, nice clean room.

The staff. And the food was nice.

My room was dirty. The coach was so sold I had to put a sheet on it to sit down. There was food on the curtains.

The lady that prepared breakfast was extremely nice and cordial. We were friends after two breakfasts. She was just loving to everyone who came and pleased them every way she could. A real asset.

Where we ate breakfast and downstairs in that area was probably sixty-nine five degrees. Very cold for me.

The hotel was very appealing upon arrival. The rooms, staff, and all amenities were fabulous. The location was easily accessible to all parts of Montgomery. Upon arrival, they gave us a better rate than at the time of booking.

Beautiful hotel & great location. The staff was very nice. Breakfast was ok, but because of hotel employees personality, she made our stay more memorable. The suite was a good size, but the bathroom could have been bigger.

I would have liked for the bathroom to have been bigger.

Nicely appointed Pleasant staff Convenient location
