Pros +
- The location/external appearance belies the establishment's internal - aesthetics & accouterment. My room was a pleasant mix of old (red bricks, recovered wood/timber) and new/modern (color palette, lighting fixtures, plumbing, etc.) Excellent staf
- I DID NOT EVEN STOP -- this place had NO parking, NO lighting, unable to even find the entrance, NO one would answer the phone - arrive at 8 pm and nothing around was even open, could not even get a policeman to answer me!!!
- Location and design of the room
Cons -
- The "continental breakfast" offering could have been a little better. The scrambled eggs were sub-par.
- only a bathmat and hand towel was supplied, no regular towels. Checked in late and no one came to unlock the door with buzer until i called several times. My room was an interior room looking directly into a Brick Wall
- I should get a refund -- this place was DARK;, SCARY, NO -- did I say -- THERE WAS NO PARKING???? NO SIGNAGE??? NO lighting .... My 13 year old son and I were AFRAID to exit our vehicle

Location and design of the room
They were so friendly and nice . For breakfast they have a meeting and turn and smile and say Good Morning to the visitors . Definitely makes you feel good.
Overall the stay was good. Valet parking was great.
There were 4 staying in our room and only received 3 sets of towels. Was told that the rooms were cleaned ever other day.
Good location and incredible friendly staff
Breakfast was so-so. Room was out of soap and shampoo and needed to request for refill several times
Friendly, very helpful staff. Lovely and interesting historical environment. Nearness to museums and restaurants.
The location was great, the staff were extremely nice and helpful, the room was huge and the bed was comfortable, the hotel was trendy and the rooms were beautiful.
The bathroom could have been cleaner. There was a lot of dust on the baseboards. The phone was really dirty. There was no bathroom in the trash can. The breakfast wasn't great, the toaster didn't work well. The parking was very limited and there was only one valet guy. He was doing his best but it took a while to get service.
I like the cabinet feel of the hotelIt was nice, clean smell good
That the walls are paper thin I heard the next door people all night long
The bedroom is big and beautiful. The desk to work is perfect. Good shower.
The most important thing in a hotel room should be the ability to get a good night's sleep. Unfortunately, this hotel fails miserably. The walls are paper thin. Right now, at 3:16 AM, I can't sleep. For the past two hours I've been hearing: in the room above, the neighbors walking around and the sound of creaking wood. In one of the rooms next door I can hear the neighbor snoring. And in the other room next door, it sounds like they're sleeping with the television on at full volume, louder than if I were watching TV in my own room. It's absolutely impossible to rest. Also: the mattress and pillows are very soft, but that's a matter of personal preference.
The heater in my room did not work. My room temp was around 63 degrees and I was cold as hell. The night front desk person gave me three more sheets to keep warm, which was stupid. She never tried to fix the thermostat. The morning guy tried to fix it the next day with no success. The manager apologized and said she will be returning my money. She said she doesn’t know I stayed in that room. I had no where to go as they were booked up. Worst situation ever.
If the heater was working it would have been a nice stay. I loved the hotel and its location. Overall the staff was great.
Location, staff
Room was to dimly lit. The floors were very dirty under the overhang of the beds. Peanuts, broken sunglasses and a small rubber football were found when checking. The mattress cover kept coming off the mattress due to multiples rips in each corner.
Nice location
It was nice hotel and location but was refused service by night attendant after being locked outside due to leaving room key in my room!!!
The breakfast was nice and the staff did a great job keeping up with it. I appreciated the friendly nature of each person I interacted with in the valet parking. I let them know that I would be leaving for the airport before anyone came on shift, so they left my car in an easy location and the keys at the front desk. That was much appreciated!
My room did not feel clean. I think some of the towels from the previous person were left in there and they likely wiped their hands on them while not using them completely. There was old food left in the refrigerator and some weird stains on the couch. I had requested and selected a room with a king bed and was given a room with two double beds. I was told that the hotel was full. I questioned why I made a reservation with a specific type of room if I wasn't going to receive it.
Location was great.
The room was not thoroughly. The floor had a stain by the bed, and I had to clean my bathroom sink and the table had leftover food stains. Overall room was great and staff was nice. Breakfast could've been better.
Beautiful spacious room with comfy bed. Staff were very nice.
Air conditioner didn't work well. Breakfast was bare minimum.
Beautiful, historic building. Ash to walk to restaurants and event I was here for.
Could not check in until 4:45 and I had to be showered and get to an event at 5:15. No one seemed to care - just complained that why were understaffed. Room was not the cleanest- mold in shower, hair on bathroom floor, piece of garbage on floor of room. Only paper cups to use.
The vibe
My prepaid room was not available. Was told by staff there was no rooms at all. After speaking to Booking rep a room magically opened!
Beautiful property and rooms looked pretty until closer inspection
Our curtains were broken and would not close, and the shower would not stay closed so water poured out everywhere on the floor. Couch had sooo many stains on it
