Renaissance Montgomery Hotel & Spa at the Convention Center

the staff was amazing. treated us like family.

The toilets are so low that they really need a bar especially for the elderly as I am.

Room did not have microwave, and counters and coffee maker dusty.

Clean and great buffet for breakfast.

Bit confusing to get around Asked several staff and front desk for directions and got two different directions to finally reach the parking lot. No shower cap in bathroom and staff didn't clean the room everyday and I didn't have a sign out on the door

The convenience of the location and the expectation of excellence before even arriving.

With the number of cars valeting at peak times, there was a lag in getting the car (even with the texting system).

The location.

Room had ripped bed cover. The room had sheets that didn¿t fit the bed and the room was dusty and dirty with trash left in the trash cans. When I talked to the front desk all they had to say was sorry about that. This was my weeding night.

Very very over priced and room not cleaned Beer can left in cabinet Medicine and other bathroom items left in bathroom Sink was clogged and wouldn¿t drain very fast. (Have pics) For the price this was very disappointing.

The location is fantastic and the staff is very friendly and attentive. The bed was comfortable.

We were disappointed this time. It was not as clean as in the past. Our room was on the very end of the hall and you had to run the water for 9+ minutes before the water got hot.There was not a hand shower. It wasn't up to standard for price/star rating.

It appeared, clean, and safe.

One of our beds was missing a fitted sheet so it only had one sheet and the comforter. One of our guests later noticed red bug bites on lower extremities not sure of bed might have had bed bugs.

Hotel was clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful.

One has to pay to park in the garage, but at least is secure.

One of the nicest hotels in the state. Right downtown close to many bars and restaurants. Rooftop pool is also very nice.

The location of the hotel for my needs was very convenient.

I did not like the parking situation, and the fact that I was charged extra for parking each day. The hassle of getting to and from the parking garage. I did not like the fact that my credit card was held at ransom to pay for :incidentals", ............

Great location. Wonderful restaurant. Amazing staff. Nearby access to a lot of important monuments. Great learning opportunities just outside the door.

We did not have one thing we didn¿t love about this hotel.
