The rooms and the breakfast

I paid for a week, almost $---- and the morning of checkout it was raining. I asked for a late check out and they gave only 30 mins.They told me that if we don't have a room then we need to get off property. We were waiting for our ride to pull up.

Carpet was dirty, room smelled like Marijuana, power went out one night and the fire alarm went off at 2am another night for 10 minutes then just turned off.

Hallways with trash. Carpet stained, rippled and so worn almost to sub floor. Sour smelling room with lumpy badly made beds.

The staff is working diligently and putting forth their utmost effort, despite facing significant challenges due to the limited resources allocated by management.

The hotel’s second-floor lobby is overrun with weeds, and an unpleasant odour permeates the air, making a poor first impression. Strongly not recommended for families seeking a pleasant stay.

Bath tub/bathroom need update and hallway carpet replaced

The breakfast was very good

The pool could have been cleaner. It had a lot of dead mosquitoes floating and a few live beetles swimming

The breakfast was decent

The bathroom floor was filthy. The coffee maker was broken. The refrigerator door was broken. Very difficult to find because the sign is teeny tiny and the hotel sets way back from the road.

Rooms were clean. Lobby was nice.

Room had strong chemical smell. Hallways had a strong odor of weed the entire stay. Staff gave another person a key to my room and they tried to come in. Programmed the wrong room accidentally.

Beds were comfortable and room was clean.

Breakfast was cold and bland

Area ok but not great. Restaurant access not convenient for walking. Breakfast poor. Waffle machine and juice machine both broken. Breakfast at 6AM was not ready and I had to leave for an appointment.

Staff was friendly

This hotel is in a HORRIBLE location. There is an abandoned motel right next to it where people hang out, and a store across from it where there was a lot of nonsense. A lot of illegal activity was going on outside if the hotel as well.

Had to drive through an abandoned parking lot to get to the hotel. The pictures did not match the room. Our vanity for the bathroom was in the room and separate from the toilet and shower. There was fighting in the room next to us.

It was easy to check in and was a very average room

Shower runs water constantly, sink doesn't drain. Kind of noisy as well. Fan on ac off an on every 4 minutes no Matter what you set it at.

The quite atmosphere and easy entrance for my disability.

They asked for a 50.00 deposit and instead of crediting my card they charged it again and a month later after several emails I got no response the front desk was no help and the 100.00 they owe me makes them a fraud and a thief.

It was a fair price for what we needed.

The breakfast was slightly above poor. None of the food was bad, just the limited selection and quantity of what was there.

Clean room and breakfast selections.

Parking area was not presentable. Very loud noises coming from the hotel in the back during the early morning hours.

Breakfast was great. Room was clean and staff was nice.

I like that check in was easy and that it was quiet and very clean.
