Grandchild slept on couch bed and air conditioner blew directly on her.

Hotel was exceptionally clean. No complaints at all. Everything was sanitary and smelled good. Elevators were clean. Breakfast was good. Employees greeted you with a smile. Keep up the good work! I will definitely stay here again when I¿m in the area.

Room was very nice, but bed was hard and pillows were awful. Staying one night was ok, but if it would be an extended stay, I would imagine you wouldn't get a good night rest.

Due to COVID no decent breakfast. Hot breakfast was horrible. Good selection of juices and cereals and yogurt.

The location was great! Plenty of places to shop and eat within walking distance. Our room was very nicely decorated, the breakfast was great and the hotel staff was excellent. I would definitely stay again.

Extremely clean and beautiful finishes to the room. Hotel staff was incredibly friendly. Breakfast was way better than the usual free breakfast you get at a hotel. We will stay again on our way to Florida next year!

The cleaning lady came in my room without knocking on Sunday Morning. It was not ok and me and my man felt our privacy was ignored.

I love staying at Hampton Inn. You can almost always bet on a nice clean room in great condition and a good hot breakfast. This Hampton Inn did not let me down. The entire staff was very friendly, especially in the breakfast bar.

Hotel Employee was a very friendly person in the breakfast room! The food tasted good too.

Reception Staff was polite, but not overly friendly. Certainly I expected more from Montgomery. The room was adequate, but not nearly as nice as the same room in Chattanooga.
