Location was perfect to get take out food and the room was perfect by providing a spacious space including table and kitchen to eat dinner. Excellent!

It is always immaculate when I stay

the office manager is very discerned. There was a ton of noise being made at my previous stay and I reported it her, the noise never stopped. Only continued. It’s very inconvenient to hear several bumps and bangs when we were trying to sleep.

The bed was a bit uncomfortable, I woke up with back pain. Also,I did not appreciate getting a call at 11:30pm because I was given that particular room in error as it belonged to someone else apparently.

This is much too nice of a hotel to be rated only 2 and a half stars! The whole thing is less than two years old, clean and smells great! The room was great, and except for being unable to change the channel on the tv in the exercise room I was thrilled.

The towels. For a new hotel as nice as this one they were worn out and rough. I was in town for an event at the convention center downtown. This was too far away for that location but the comfort of the hotel and the restaurants made it more worthwhile.

Great location with plenty of shops and food options nearby. Beds were comfortable with good pillows. The room was quiet, clean and had plenty of room.

The Pool needs to be cleaned did not get in it.The TV kept going out in the middle of NBA playoff.in.During checkin, we were greeted by a guest complaining about a housekeeping worker stealing out of his room after leaving to go to the store. When he returned he saw his bag on the housekeeper cart. He took it and came to the front desk to report it. It was terrible a d it wS not meant for us to here. Terrible we start to leave but no other places available nicely..

The bed was hard as a rock. I like a firm bed but this was like sleeping on the floor. Traveled with husband and adult son and none of us slept well.

Upon my arrival, I was able to check in early. the front desk staff was very helpful and courtesy.

The second day, stay the room wasn't clean, the sheets were soiled, and housekeeping chose not to change them. She made up the bed with the same soiled sheets. The bathroom shower wasn't clean , and bathroom trash wasn't thrown away. Housekeeping didn't supply any fresh towels at all. absolutely disgusting.

The staff was very friendly

How the manager questioned the cook about why he cooked too much of something, when there were still people coming down for breakfast. He removed what he had cooked too much of and took it to the kitchen...

Great location and lobby smelled very pleasant!

In the process of remodeling. Our room had lots of holes in the walls, burnt lights and was not very clean. Ice machine was out of order. Too much mess for the high rate. I was disappointed.

Size of room was good

NOT A RESTAURANT. They have a serve yourself breakfast of microwaved eggs and meat and you serve cereals and over ripe bananas. For the price it was way underwhelming. The shower leaked on to the floor.. not user error. Staff said there was an ice maker on the floor, when I informed her there was not, " we are doing renovations, maybe they took it out." When I asked for an ice bucket to get ice on the main floor , " we don't have any" . Ice bucket is a staple for any hotel and an ice machine is as well.

My room was downgraded from a suite to a weekly rate room

Upon arrival the front office staff could not find our booking. The. Confirmation number she said wasn't one of their numbers. After several attempts it was located and was under my first name as My last name. She was very friendly and i have no problem with how she handled the situation.

The bathroom had holes in the baseboard of shower on both sides and it was not clean. You could hear everything in other rooms and people walking on the floor above. There were no ice machines except in lobby. The worse was at midnight the fire alarm went off with a strobe light flashing from the alarm in our room....scared us so bad....I opened my door and the whole hall alarms were going off. I called front desk and they laughed and Said oh it's a false alarm we are trying to figure out how to turn it off. It took 20 to 30 minutes for them to figure that out . Didn't go back to sleep til 3 am. We only stayed one night and will not do that again.
