Nothing! Worst room I have ever experienced!

All was terrible! Outside door facing was taped on! Overwhelming smell of smoke ! Hallway and steps were filthy! Room was dirty and smelled! Shower curtain was mildewed! Toilet was dirty! Did not stay! Complaied to management, but no refund!

Everything, I booked online and got there was ready to go to sleep because of traveling and said there were no more rooms left. The guy was rude and didn¿t even try doing anything for us.

Staff was available and friendly. Bed was comfortable. A/C worked very well. The price was cut-rate low.

ROACHES !!! The room had roaches !!! Room floor and furniture was dirty upon arrival. Floor boards are loose. Area around the hotel is dangerous; drug addicts and drug dealers.

it was dirty, outdated (looked nothing like the pics) the hallways stunk like mildew, the bathtub was peeling apart, the handle was broken on the sink, the outside smelled like sewage, I felt like there had to have been bugs somewhere. It was a long night

It was close to the birthday venue

Wasn¿t ready when we arrived, waited 2 hours to get in the room. No breakfast, just offered coffee.Tub was disgusting. Room had no fridge or microwave. Microwave in hallway disgusting. Saw a roach and bed spread had stains. $--- wasted. Won¿t ever

had to wait 45 min to check in no 1 in office owner was at home fire alarm was on people line up waiting room filthy sheets, pillow case,bedspread dirty bathroom extremely dirty hair all over shower dirt on the shower walls and shelves tub and toilet nast

Pulled in and got harassed by 10 guys hanging at the motels. Left did not stay there.

Online for 2 hours and still never got a refund. Worst motel I have ever seen. Scared for my life.

Near interstate but quiet.

It was filthy! It¿s been a long time since I¿ve checked the sheets to see if they were clean. There was what appeared to be rodent dirt and a spring on the floor, hairs short and long in the bath tub. Brown something on bathroom wall by sink.

Staff was amazing help above and beyond to make staying comfortable , TV was a big plus

I wish the room had microwave nd a mini fridge little thing needs to be updated

Nothing the hotel was not clean and smelled of marijuana

Yes the room looked like it hadn¿t been cleaned in a long time. Floors were dirty, sheets had hair and were dirty, staff was unpleasant, bathroom and hair and dirty, walls were not clean and cabinets were not wiped.

Comfortable beds. sheets were very soft. Room was clean. Great location.

Did not even check in. Drug bust happening in the parking lot on one side as a fight was happening on the other. Shady people hanging out around hotel and in walk ways. We just kept driving. Can't believe Best Western even allow that name to be used.

It was to frightening to even get out of the car.
