Hilton Garden Inn Montgomery East

Got a room with king and fold out couch for kids to sleep on and they gave us a king room that only sleeps 2 and a chair. We had to wait two hours for a roll away mattress that looked very old at 11 at night cause we got in late exhausted.

Front desk was very kind and helpful

The restaurant experience wasn't good. Very long wait even though only a few costumers were present. Wrong orders were brought out to me and others. The food was good when it finally arrived.

No breakfast, dining room not comfortable and the best of all they will charge you $2 if you drink the bottles in your room.

It was definitely clean and tidy. No weird smells or anything. The staff was amazing. 10/10 for them! Plus the pool was amazing.

They¿re in the middle of a remodel so a lot was out of place. I¿m sure it¿ll be great once they¿re done. The tv in our room didn¿t really work and all the ice machines were out of order too.

Had to change rooms. No shower curtain. Water pressure abysmal. Breakfast grossly overpriced. Terrible for a Hilton.

While they have redone a few rooms the stay was extremely unpleasant we were kept awake by two pitbulls across the hall from us. It was extremely stressful as I attempted to try and resolve this issue no one seemed to care at 1 am that these two killers

The hotel was quiet.

The room overall overall what's uncomfortable does sheets felt like sandpaper? The lighting was horrible there was a slight smell in the room. And it could have been what been more Tl towels.

It was a place to sleep for the night.

It needs updating badly. Toilet constantly ran, tub is scuffed up, bathroom door looks bad because of dryer hanging on the door, lamp is rusted as well as much of the furniture.

I would not stay at this hotel again. One staff member was rude a lot, laundry facility was down so had to go hotel next door to mine to do laundry, and one broken elevator.

Room was clean, bed comfy.

The hotel is in a secluded area, not near many attractions. There is a restaurant onsite for paid breakfast, starting at $9. Charged an additional fee, $11 for unknown charges, just showed up on my credit card.

Room was clean, common areas were nice. Bed and towels were average.

TV was small and outdated. Shower would not drain. I expect a little more out of a Hilton property.

Lobby and breakfast area were well kept.

Room had a noticeable mildew smell. We kept the room because we were too tired to deal with swapping rooms.

Out dated TV( No Netflix,or Hulu) The fridge didn¿t work.

The staff that checked me in was very friendly. But the room wasn't cleaned properly. I was too tired to complain and move rooms so I just used what seemed clean and left as soon as i woke.

The room wasnt very clean.it looked like they didnt finish cleaning it. There was hair all over the bathroom , the toilet had water spots and dust all over it. There was trash on the counter top in the bathroom. It wasnt what i expected of a hilton hotel.

The area felt safe.

Breakfast was not included in the price. There was hair in the bed and tub.

The lobby was beautiful

Horrible room!! When i turned the heater on it made a extremely loud noise!! the room had a funny smell!!1 Smelled sour!!! It was a horrible experience! I arrived pretty late i didnt want to bother the nice staff about switching overall it was outdated

The location was the only good thing about this hotel.

The worst thing about this hotel was the woman at the desk. She was not friendly AT ALL. Never smiled and when I asked her questions she looked at me w/ a blank look and replied. When I asked if the rooms had microwaves she said she didn¿t know.

Nice location just off from busy areas, yet very close to shopping and dining locations

Complaint - Hilton Inn Montgomery - DirectTV. Intermittent. No usb Plugs. At the front desk 5 ¿No¿ notices. No Choice of rooms. Didn¿t know I couldn¿t use or reward Hilton rewards. Internet. No breakfast because couldn¿t use my points. Fridge. Pillows.
