Staybridge Suites Montgomery - Downtown by IHG

Location

Filthy shower with hair and dirt spots, pet hair on bathroom counter, dirty dishes put away in cabinet, and cleaning a small spill in the entry made the paper towel black - meaning the floor was also dirty.

Location and parking

No hot water first morning and the reason they gave us was weak. The following morning the was warmer water but still not hot water.

Nice bed & clean.

Showerhead terrible no flow. Sofa bed right next to AC unit too close were my child slept. Had to pay for parking in hotel parking lot.

The staff; whoever is doing the hiring knows what they?re doing. Staff at the front desk, really knows how to make a customer feel good about their experience.

There are a lot of newer hotels, and this is one of the older ones (but well kept). And the location is convenient; the rooms are large with microwaves, refrigerators, and all utensils for a home away from home option.

Room was well appointed, location was perfect, staff were very friendly.

Breakfast preparation could be improved.

Location was great. Room was large.

Parking was not optimal. Had to park far away. Staff at front desk was not friendly at first but warmed up as I made conversation

Outstanding front desk staff Very good beds/pillows Good lighting Nice pool area Good location

Low toilets No milk at breakfast Charge for parking

Very clean with friendly staff.

Construction outside hotel.

Staff that worked kitchen was awesome

They took a card for insadentails and charged us again for the rooms.the person who checked us out made some kind of mistake it take two days or more for the charge to appear on my card why does it take so long to remove it.

The staff was great no complaints free laundry

The room was sort of clean everything in the dishwasher was rushed completely. The room had a lot damage on the walls the door stopper fell off the door the night we got in we kept running out of towel and it seemed like there was never enough down stairs

Very spacious suites

Breakfast was shut down early 3 of the 4 days we were there

Location and cleanliness of the hotel were great.

We had electrical issues in the room and we informed the staff when we left.

Nice, very clean and friendly staff.

The parking was awful. I paid $17.25 for parking and didn't have anywhere to park. I parked in an open lot next door. And didn't want to be a complainer. But the parking needs to be changed. I feel like I gave $17.25 away for no reason.

Location

Hot water came out dirty from the shower. Staff was clueless when computers went down.

Close proximity to eating, sites and things to do. Have a feeling of safety when I walked around and came back. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

The first room I was assigned to already had an occupant. The second room when I returned late at night my key wouldn¿t work. Went back to the desk and it had me in a different room, though my items were in the second room. They fixed the keys. Kitchen no

Comfortable bed, location

There was a charge for parking

This was a great choice for me and my family for a four day trip, we really enjoyed the location and the hotel itself was fantastic. Great breakfast and great customer service.

Located near my main area of focus. Well lite for security.

Yes, extra charge for parking. No visible cameras covering the parking area.

Staff was friendly and very helpful! Night staff did great when I needed something while working.

The laundry room was great, didn't charge! However I think someone needs to make are and run a cleaning cycle on washers as water smelled a bit stagnate or something.

I liked the cleanliness of the hotel, helpful and friendly staff, and location.

No. It was a very nice place to stay.
