As an on stay customer, I was not able to get my check-out receipt and the hotel did not have an indoor pool.

On web it sad it had a pool and it didn?t We would not have stay there because we was looking for a place with a pool for the kids

Abandoned hotel behind this one is a homeless camp. Got asked for money as I was unpacking my car. My bath towel was stained and has someone else's hair folded-in. No USB ports and the plugs are worn out to not hold my charger.

The one thing I like most about the hotel was the young lady at the desk was very nice and understanding that we had had a bad experience at another hotel and she made us feel very welcome when we came in

The front desk staff was very helpful

The hotel is dated. It smells bad. The room was gross and damp. The carpets were gross. The pillow cases had stains. I slept on top of covers because I didn't want to touch anything

There is an abandoned hotel filled with homeless people behind the hotel.

homeless people living all around day and nite in two burned down hotels to the side of ours heated a seemed like a gun shot around 2:00 am lady serving breakfast rude and area was not good

Very welcoming staff,Cleanliness and the breakfast was awesome.

The staff, especially the manager, was fantastic.

The location was extremely sketchy. Torn down building next door that homeless people are living in. I was approached multiple times in the parking lot of this hotel asking me for money or food. A lot of activity in the parking lot after dark.

Should have been notified prior to registration that the rooms have been freshly painted. There wasn't a microwave in the room.

It was close to my family that I was visiting,just minutes away and again everthing worked out for the better.

No complaints and I would recommend it to anyone else. I would also let everyone know that one of the good things about the hotel is it has a very nice pool!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

It was a great experience. I would recommend. I did accidentally leave my moms wedding rings on the night stand. No one has found them. I¿m really upset about that. They are worn out and not worth much except to me¿

House keeping should have found my moms rings. They were on the night stand Or would have been found on the floor by the night stand. They are over 75 years old and very worn thin.

Staff was great.

Location was super sketchy and would not stay there again. Crime is super high and our valuables in the car parked on the property were in jeopardy. I had to wake up and go down and check vehicle every 2 hours all weekend long. Drugs and dealers present.

Had an issue with the hotel room we were staying in due to roaches. Staff did accommodate us by moving us to a different room but when i asked to speak the general manager on 3 separate dates she never returned my call until i contacted corporate

We had to get our car a/c serviced down the street. Staff was very nice and let us wait in lobby after our check out time. We were very grateful to have a comfortable and cool place to wait. Thank you!!

Room¿s carpet was stele, we immediately went out too Walmart and bought a large can of Lysol spray, used that to saturate the carpet and bed. Did not like being next to the elevator but was told no other rooms available.

Clean convenient

Bed too high! But comfortable. The sheets could have been whiter. I found a few hairs on it . The maid could have dropped them them when making the bed.The room was clean. I cleaned it with wipes.

Poor breakfast and no newspapers

Great staff

You could sometimes hear people walking above you and cars driving by outside, and even people taking outside your first floor window, but we slept just fine.
