This room was roach infested so badly it made it uncomfortable to sleep as tired as I was. Multiple times I contemplated asking for a room change but didn't want to risk going from bad to worst. Needless to say, I got no rest especially for the price.

Price

It was loud people partying, had asked for several days for clean towels, definitely do not leave anything in your car if you don?t want it taken Working at the power plant had to extend my time here, went down to the front desk. And was overcharged.

First off when I got to my room(157) around 6 or 7 the house keeping was not done then I go back to the front desk to tell the employee about it he gave me another room(169) house keeping was done but the wall had growing mold on it

Nothing at all I thought the landscaping was pretty until saw condoms used in the parking lot

We asked the staff for a set of clean sheets and towels and aS told NO it's not our day.

I thought it would have been the landscaping so it was flooded with roaches.

The staff at the front charge my credit card twice refusing to pay it back telling them that they wouldn't charge me to clean my room. And when I asked for clean sheets I was told it was not my day for clean linens. The worst experience ever...

Nothing!

Checkout time for the Mid-town home suit hotel Montgomery-Midtown is 12 pm. they force me to check out at 11am. bathroom sinks are always clogged, tube clogged. my last visitation my tube was full of old dirty water so i couldn't shower until next day.

Near everything necessary food, drinks, shopping and freeway.

Had roaches all over the walls and some were in the bed . Left in the middle of the night cause I couldn’t sleep in a bed with roaches and they act like that couldn’t do anything about it until next morning

There were roaches and the staff was quite rude when I got ready to check out. As well as me and my husband not being able to sleep properly because we woke up to a few roaches crawling on the nightstand and headboard.

Convenient to what we were there for

Wash cloths were dirty, toilet was loose and toilet paper holder was broke and there was a hole in the wall

Not breakfast ,location was good for work

The room was not two beds promised for several days didn't accommodate son sleept on floor and handicap room also promised. Spoke to me with disrespect I'm in wheelchair and paralized ask for reasonable accommodations no follow thur.and last night we where in room and been here for almost month and booked same day before we went to bed and had him look at recipts and he kept acting like he was not paid the day before very disrespectful agoda called to make correction and now he wants us to leave tomorrow not to send reservation. And we are two days away from moving in new home.

That I wasn’t robbed or assaulted for the 2 days I was there.

Let’s start with the lack of common sense with the manager. Myself and other guests waited 30-45 mins just to check in. The manager comes, and tells me I do not have a booking, even though I spoke to someone earlier and confirmed my booking. I called booking.com and never spoke to anyone for the 15 mins I called. After being on hold with booking.com, another hotel staff member confirmed my booking. Several guest were complaining of broken TV’s unkept rooms etc. our room was not clean, our door key did not work. There were no hotels with rooms for 0ct 4-6 without breaking bank. Knowing what I know now, I’ll never book in Montgomery again. Day 2 of our stay one of the windows were busted out down stairs. There were bullet holes on doors. Addicts roam the hall, food is constantly left outside. DO NOT STAY HERE!

AC was sitting on wood blocks in the room it also leaked so bad half of the room would have water on the floor. Service line phone did not work. Happy of the AC outlets did not work. Neighborhood is not good. People up all night and even fought each other at early hours of the morning. Lastly. The bed had hair in the linens as well as dead bugs.

Housekeeping was okay. Front Desk staff was okay

When we first got to the hotel we were taken to 3 different rooms that were all dirty or have some type of facility issue when we finally got to a decent room the toilet stop working 3 day in.

The unit was fairly quiet, so I slept fine.

The staff gave me a key. I went to the room. There were two guys in bed in the room he gave me. I went back and asked for another room, since he gave me a key for a room that was already rented. He gave me a new key. I went to that room and the key didn't work on the door. I went back and asked for one more key, and he gave me a new room. This key finally worked, but the room didn't look like it had been cleaned very well. There were some dirty socks hanging in the bathroom, and the comforters were dirty.

I enjoy my stay. It was clean friendly in. Nice environment.
