Room 308, smelled of dog urine and we ended up with flea bites! Pool area wasn't inviting, water was cloudy and trash around.

It was close to family members, came in town for a funeral. There were several places to eat in walking distance and close to the hwy. The staff greeted us everyday. The hotel smelled like fresh magnolias

I have no complaints. It was a great hotel. A quick check in and the room was ready when we arrived early. I was very impressed

Bed was very comfortable and room was very clean and new.

Hotel restaurant menu was limited and the sandwich I ordered was not what I ordered from the menu. They adjusted the bill so that was nice.

The indoor pool

The checkout time indicated on the itinerary email to me was 12 but when I arrived at the hotel check out time was at 11:00. The staff insisted that check out was never at 12:00pm it's always been 11:00am

The comfortable bed space of the actual room. The front desk staff were extremely courteous and very helpful during our stay at the hotel.

The hotel is being remodeled and our shower floor should have been cleaner for our stay at this hotel.

The bed was comfortable, the location was good for our purposes. Parking was easy.

The hotel was being remodeled and was definitely in need of it. This was not disclosed at booking, and I felt may have been reflected in the price, somewhat. Fixtures in the bathroom needed replaced, and while not unclean, left me with less positive.

Acres of the highway

The breakfast was not included in the price as with most holiday inns. The mattresses were very hard and uncomfortable. The sheets were mircrofiber not cotton.

Cleanliness.

Someone walked into my room and was able to access it with their card. I was laying in a nightgown on the bed. I had been there 30 mins. The restaurant in the building stated takeout on website. Called them and they said they were too busy to do takeout.

The night front lady was nice.

Hotel was hot, had fans down the hallways. The bed was very uncomfortable and all 3 of us experience little sleep due to itchy and felt like bites. Reviews online had where people went home with bed bugs! They said our " complementary breakfast was $12.95

Rooms 2. Where both not serviced ! Left dirty and when I took the time to request service the Night staff was Extremely rude and unprofessional and undoubtably uncooperative Been traveling 25 years as a service contractor technician for the Usps

The hotel was very short staffed; however, that said the stuff that was working was very pleasant noting how busy they were. The room was clean. It is a little outdated and we were short some towels but those were brought up quickly after a phone call.

Holy MASSIVE room/beds! Very clean/comfy.

I'm struggling to find a negative... TV could have been bigger?

There was a drainage problem and the result was waking up to an awful smell through out the room and floor of the hotel.
