Comfort Inn & Suites Millbrook-Prattville

The room was nice and the bed was very comfortable.

I thought the bathroom could have been a little cleaner, but it was okay. The breakfast was okay, but not great.

Exellent locationto shopping, resturants and downtown Montgomery, which was my training location.

The shower head and power of the water was not strong, making it longer to shower.

Location. New-ish.

Air conditoning unit merely recycles air and this makes for a stuffy room and it did not cool down. We discovered in the morning, after a bad night's sleep. that we could open the window.

Clean hotel and the staff were helpful and located in good area

Newer hotel, big rooms, very clean. Friendly staff. Its tucked away a bit but not so far from everything, so quiet and safe.

Only complaint, was that its being renovated, so pool was closed, some noise during the day, but otherwise, a great hotel to stay at.

Room was clean. Close to highway and restaurants. Breakfast clean and well kept area. Food good and breakfast staff very nice.

Front desk staff not at all friendly.

Splatters on wall in bathroom and closet door. Not clean. Roach on air conditioning unit when I went to turn down. Won't stay here again.

Close to my family

The smell, the cleanliness was not good. The hotel needs a really thorough cleaning. Needsnew carpet, it’s filthy. Bathroom door needs replacing.I guess I shouldn’t expect much for a hotel in Selma Alabama.but hotel is disgusting

The room was very nice, and free coffee

They were renovating, so did not look very inviting, and had equipment and dust and plastic all over

Two days in a row housekeeper knocked on door at 8 am! Room was not cleaned 3rd night. Many items out at breakfast.

Cleanliness Breakfast selections

Hotel mgt was not that friendly, the clerks were nice. Hotel mgt. did not allow for changing date of stay.

It was a cut above the other motels: employees very professional and guess staying at the hotel very friendly.

The breakfast was a little disappointing - thought they would have a better variety.

Everything was very good--staff, room quality, cleanliness, breakfast. In particular, I liked the cooked oatmeal and the fresh fruit. Also, due to respiratory concerns, we appreciate being able to reserve a room that is smoke-free and pet-free.

About the only thing that I can think of that was not of high quality was some wall covering application at corners, which is an insignificant, minor cosmetic issue.

Location close to golf course gas stations fwy will stay again next time!

Friendly staff and clean

Hallways needed updated

fresh baked warm cookies......he was just taking them out of the oven and they were delicious

Everything was good and quiet.

Appeared new. Very clean.

Like new hotel.

The layout and the price.
