Hampton Inn Jasper

The cleanest in the area

Breakfast is not good. Need more late night snack options.

Staff was rude. Door dis not close to the bathroom, staff had no remedy for us. Do not go here for this price. I thought I was in a rundown Motel 6. Horrible for nearly $--- in Alabama. Just horrible.

Location and overall value.

Check in staff at fro t desk could have been more friendly. She did not mention my HH membership.

It was a good location and had lots of amenities that we enjoyz

We arrived and the only person at the front desk was yelling on the phone because she had locked herself out of all the computers. She seemed to be drunk. Her words were slurred and she lost her balance. We waited 15 mins for a manager to check us in.

Convenient to my trip. Cleanliness. The setup of the disability features in the bathroom. Great staff.

Clean great staff comfortable bed great breakfast

convenient location & comfortable bed

bathroom floor tiles were cracked & the ceiling above the shower was cracked and peeling-obviously a leak had occurred--you would think that this would have been fixed before letting someone book this room--it really did look bad

Very Clean and nice. Friendly staff. Great breakfast. Fast wifi. We really enjoyed our stay. I will definitely stay again.

Everything was excellent!

Very nice, we'll appointed room; clean.and well sanitized.

The staff were friendly, but not very professional, including the breakfast service. The lobby was small but nicely decorated. The elevator off of the main lobby had a dirty carpet and metal threshold. The room was the highpoint; the rest was just ok.

The location was great and the room was very clean. The beds were really comfortable.

Friendly staff, clean except for 1 bug in the bathroom

the bug

Bathtub did not drain

Room was able to be cold

Needed to be cleaned in lobby area more

Room was clean, bed was comfortable.

very nice staff

Comfortable and the staff were helpful.

It cost too much!!!!

Room size was good

Poor parking

Good breakfast, location.

Very good . Good variety to choose from.

Luggage cart. Wheels needed to be worked on little hard to push.

Cleanliness and comfort. Easy to use tv, which has become a rarity at hotels these days.

Buzzing sound from somewhere outside my room interfered with sleep.
