I didn't like anything the manager wouldn't check me in even tho I emailed y'all pics of the place under construction and tried to pay his , incident fee that he wouldn't except! The guy stole your money that u got from me that I am owed money for

I couldn't check in, the manager woukdt except my card I paid for the room with!

Bathroom and sinks were dirty. Needed to be vacuumed. And the towels are very dingy and dirty looking.

Location

The heat didn't work when I got there the staff came and called the manager and done a reset got it to working not very well but it wasn't blowing cold air. Well it quit during the night 52 degrees when we got up told staff guy said oh I'm so sorry

for price great deal / they were in the middle of a remodel so if you work nights let them know - rooms were really clean -

The hotel had been remodeled, so it was clean, and the furniture looked nice.

Around 1 a.m. two men were talking loudly outside, and I was concerned about the security. Luckily it didn't escalate into anything else.

Price and comfort

Older unit, but remodeled. In a small,working class, town.

The convenient location and I have to say hotel employee at the front desk was amazing. We were pulling a U-Haul for some clients and she made sure it was parked there all lit up safe area where cameras are watching you at all times which was very important to us

Friendly staff and affordable

No space between stairs and a parked car to get your luggage through

Location was great, bed was very comfortable!

Wifi was slow, breakfast was average, parking was limited, rooms do not have hair dryers; I had to ask the front desk and she had ONE left! The hotel could be updated a bit.

It was very clean and spacious

they were people outside talking and partying until 4 o'clock in the morning

Wifi...bed smelled great and I had great service from the manager and clerk...no problems at all

Didn’t like anything about this hotel motel pictures that were posted on booking.com. We’re not accurate with the location. Lobby was in disarray and in shambles and the gentleman that checked us in gave us a bad vibe.

I hated everything about this hotel motel so did my wife. She ended up having to clean the bathrooms. As soon as we entered into the room hair and other fecal matter were on the toilet the shower was dirty.

There was not a breakfast. The reservation said there would be but there was none

Absolutely nothing

I did have a dog and they had to give me a dog room which I understand that but it was disgusting. Very outdated smelled horrible hair in the bathroom everywhere the bathtub above it had a leak spot where the wall was falling in. Honestly I would say spend your money next door. It looked a lot better for $131. I feel like I could have done much better.

Heating system very noisy and too cold if we turned it off. Dog food left on the floor
