The breakfast

There were garbage cans sitting in the hallway the entire time of our stay. The door of the bathroom in our room had 1 inch crooked gap at the bottom of the door and there was cracked tile in the bathroom. There was a situation that made us feel unsafe.

The staff were amazing.

The remodel money went to the lobby. Rooms smelled musty and even had rust on the lamp. I expected more from a Marriott hotel.

Location and price.

There was a buzzing sound in the room that didn't stop.

Room was good and cool upon arrival and everything appeared to be clean

Just staying as driving thru...not the ideal location, but served it's purpose. The front staff, Karen, was great, friendly, helpful and cheerful. She deserves a raise. Hotel was nice, clean, and well maintained.

Only complaint is there isn't too much for dining around the area, but we were only driving thru to stay the night and not for a visit.

It wasn¿t too far from the airport.

The hotel was old and run down. Holes in hallway carpet. Smelly, musty room, looked very dated. Stained and filthy carpet, room just smelled so bad, I was afraid my things would smell when I left. Hallways were loud. Disappointed in filthiness.

The light bulb was out in the foyer of the room. The light shades were torn beside the bed. There was only one rolling cart to bring the luggage in/out.

Kids loved the pool. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

The hotel was clean and in a good area of the city. Everything seemed to be beautifully prepared.

This hotel advertised a hot breakfast, but gave us the most pitiful sack breakfast I've seen, especially for this level of hotel. The pandemic is under control and the breakfast should have already been expanded. Also, the hotel was way understaffed.

Decent breakfast for COVID times. Front desk person was friendly.

The hotel was a little more run-down than I expected based on reviews and photos. The chair in my room was stained and in rough shape. Toilet was so loud for about 5 minutes after each flush.

The hallway was very dirty. Someone dirty up the stairwell and it stayed that way for days.

The complimentary breakfast was very good and fresh and well stocked.

Bed was cheap and hard. We didn't sleep. Sore all over the next morning from the terrible bed. Next time we will spend a little more and go next door to Hampton Inn where I know the beds are so much better.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. And your free continental breakfast was so much more than a continental breakfast. This far exceeded my expectations.

The showers needed a little update, as well as the loud nose the air conditioner made.

Yes, first of all they had to come and remove a chair that was as stained with a white substance and did not replace it. Next the mattress on one of the beds was worn and when you laid in down you rolled to the middle automatically.

Breakfast was excellent!! My son really enjoyed the pool indoor pool.

The mini refrigerator did not work as it should.

I like the staff and breakfast most of all. The staff was very accommodating, professional and kind. The breakfast was more than enough variety.

The first room that I was assigned (308) had a ladybug issue. I was until one decided to crawl on my water bottle. They had been on the ceiling and a corner of the floor as well as under the a/c unit.

Foul odor in 3rd floor hallways seeped into guest room, and uninterested hotel staff said they get that report often. Toilet tank leaked into bowl, so regular refilling of tank sounds. Exercise equipment was antiquated and not maintained. Poor breakfast.

Clean and comfortable, all we were really looking for as a stop over on our way to the beach.

For a simple breakfast, it was good. But there was just one lady working it all by herself and she seemed overwhelmed trying to handle a sold out hotel on a Saturday morning.
