Hampton Inn Gadsden

The Hotel was clean and in a safe location, close to stores and restaurants.

The only thing about the room was the awkward bathroom entry. The bathroom is small and the door is at a slant in the room and has to be opened all the way up for a bigger person or someone with a walker/cane to come out properly

It's in a central location from all the places I needed to go. I love the staff there. This is my second time being there and will go again and again,

I felt so comfortable at this hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Great breakfast and very clean.

The hotel was close to where we needed to be. The staff was extremely pleasant, and the room was clean.

We were able to get an early check in. The room was clean and spacious. Beautiful and up to date. The Welcome on the TV was excellent!!! The coffee service in the room and lobby were great!! I discovered a new TEA that I love. The breakfast attendant !!!

Just that they didnt care any person items in the little shop, but there was pleanty of food. I just needed hair pins No big deal

This is a very nice hotel in a great location.

There was hair all over the bathroom floor and tub, and some small stains on the sheets that looked like someone¿s drink had dripped on it and had not been washed.

Very clean, room newly renovated, best breakfast ever for continental breakfast

WiFi did not work first night, but probably due to hotel filled to complete capacity. The remaining two nights I stayed, WiFi worked well

The room was amazing. we also loved the pool. It was very clean. The laundry personnel were very nice and always knocked on the door before entering..

The Fridge had to be reset every morning to stay cool. There were problems with the tv., It was static in most of the channels. Like a bad satellite signal, Majority of the channels did work.

Extremely comfortable and I liked the layout of the room.

It's a little confusing to get to from the main road. If some additional signs are possible (I know they aren't always allowed) then that would be a great help.

The rooms were clean and comfy.

The shower was draining slower than the output of the shower head.

Direction signs were no where to be found. No signs for entrance off the highway or in between other businesses. Nigh clerk could have been nicer. When you are traveling and the first thing you would like to see is a smile.

A bit hard to see where to turn off the busy road to get to the inn. Could use a directional sign at the turn.

The rooms were clean but they had a musty smell to them. The carpet was vacuumed but could have stand to be cleaned.

The staff were all incredibly friendly and conversational. I've also seen a lot of free hotel breakfasts at interstate-adjacent hotels, but this one was by far one of the best I've had.

There was a chunk missing from the piece of wooden furniture that held the refrigerator and the microwave. It looked like someone had kicked a piece out of it. This was not indicative of the rest of the room's condition -- which was very clean overall.
