The lady that checked us in was nice. We got a parking spot right outside our room. That’s about it.

Not large enough to turn my husbands wheelchair around in and was supposed to be accessible. Beds uncomfortable, room smelled, we both felt sick after being there. Pitiful excuse for breakfast. Worst of all there was actually a roach climbing the wall!

Value. Decor and items in room were nice, mostly clean

The staff lack of response to issues/complaints. Our floor hadn't been mopped in some time. One of the policies this hotel had. A/c had mold and d needed serious cleaning, did not cool the room very well. The staff gave someone else our room key!!

There was nothing I liked about this hotel experience.

I went to Walmart to buy cleaning supplies, including a mop and a broom to clean the room. When I woke up the next morning, there was so much light coming in around the door. I only stayed in this room for one night but I was charged for two nights. Poor

location and close to interstate, clean

The room smelled very bad we had to spray and light a scented candle. Bathroom was very dirty mildew around tub and other areas. We had to clean before using. Light by bed did not work. No thermostat on air. Floor was still wet when we went in

Check in staff person was nice

Dirtiest floor of any room I have ever stayed in. My wife had on white socks and after walking around the room, the bottom of the socks were black.

Beds were nice.

Sink was clogged and toilet was left dirty and the pool had not been opened in 80 plus degree weather.

Mold in bathroom. Non-smoking room smelled like smoke. Smelled like neighbors were smoking marijuana and it came in our room.

Nasty! Full of roaches! 1 towel in a room for 4 people! Bathtub was falling apart. Do not stay here!

having to wait for the room so long to be cleaned 45 mins to be exact...finally just gave me another room so didn't have to wait any longer

Air conditioner was shut off in rooms & barely blows. It was finally cool by the next morning when we checked out.

I liked the cleanness of the room, location of the room was at my request. The night staff gentlemen was pretty nice, but the ladies on the day shift was pretty confusing and not so friendly.

The breakfast was just sitting out,no attending staff, nothing hot... Bread, boiled eggs & cold cereal only...

Great location right off the highway not to far from the track n great comfy beds. Need softer towels

The room reeked of cigarette smoke and the refrigerator was broken.

Won't stat there again.

Only thing for breakfast was toast, seriously. Had to walk to the other end of building for an ironing board. Previous guest left old milk and old open sodas in the room.
