Bed slept wonderfully, cleaning staff was there everyday if need. Good size refrig when acrually frozen things in the freezer

I liked the hotel staff. Very nice. Very clean rooms.

The bed was terrible. Had to leave early because I had so many aches from the bed being so hard. It was awful.

The rooms were spacious and the clean. It was super comfortable after a long day of travel.

Getting to the entrance was extremely confusing when GPS appeared to take us past the business to another part of town. We were travelling with a fifth wheel so we were stressing about how to get into the driveway when it looked like it was taking us in a different direction when we could literally see the hotel and a driveway coming from the opposite direction but no way to get to it.

Everyone does not like football. They need a movie channel that does not play more commercials than the movie time. Other than that, the stay was great. Saying that they need movie channels with no commercials.

Clean. Close to my brother’s home.

A little higher priced than I hoped but not unreasonable. My brother was familiar with the property and it was close to his home - and with the stay being centered around a funeral the convenience was important. The view out front was great!

Property is very nice with many amenities. The honey moon hot tub suit was very clean and up to date.

The bed was not to comfortable in my opinion.

This location was recommended to me by a friend. Being from out of town, I assumed it was a good location. It was NOT. There was a guy, who appeared to be homeless, that approached my daughters while they were in the fun/ fitness room. He was wanting to know if it was warm inside there. They quickly returned to our room. Then, they couldn't go to sleep because they were trying to kill a roach in the room! I was awakened before 3 am by a guy outside my room. He was on the phone, yelling and cursing at whoever was on the other end. Then 30 mins to an hour later he was back outside, beating on a door to be let in. I was not able to go back to sleep after this. I was told there would be complimentary breakfast in the morning. It was a big disappointment! There was cold cereal, pre-made breakfast sandwiches, and pop tarts. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone! I definitely don't think it was worth what I paid to stay there!

We love the location, clean wig large rooms and front desk guys are very friendly and helpful. Awesome location in the middle of everything and beautiful river view.

Small but clean continental breakfast. Wish they had at least waffle machine but again small. Adequate and in the middle of many places. Little different parking lot but on side of hills, so there's that.

Location was on top of a hill overlooking the river. Walking distance to several restaurants. Clean and comfortable room. Very close to the Noccalula Falls Park to.

Warm and welcoming staff. The room seemed dated but clean.

No shampoo or trash can in the bathroom was kind of odd.

The only thing I think a bar should be put in the shower, ceramic tile gets slick when wet.

Location is good. We only booked to sleep for a night. Didn’t plan any site seeing. The rooms was spacious and clean.

The rooms are clean, bed was comfortable, pillows not as comfortable but worked for one night. The only thing I would say is the tile in the bathroom is a bit slippery so be careful with that. The grounds were clean and on the river. The staff is wonderful, very friendly and informative. Breakfast was very basic just a few items offered. The breakfast area was very clean. I would stay here again.

Location and the cleanliness.

If I had to give one complaint I think... it would be that the bed was too soft. About it.

We enjoyed the pool and the close proximity to the downtown area. Our room was clean and comfortable and the front desk manager was kind and welcoming.

It was clean, a good stopping point. The staff was friendly even with me showing up so late.

The door to our room was already open when we arrived which felt weird.

The guys working the front desk were extremely accommodating & welcoming! Knowledgeable about the area & events! Great location to local restaurants & Noccalulah falls.
