Poor customer service at checkout, ice machines on 2nd and 3rd floor not working, air conditioning in 3rd floor hallway not functioning

Staff was friendly.

The room smelled moldy. The mattresses were very worn. Furnishings and decor was dated.

Easy access in and out

Breakfast was not up to expectations It was 1 hour into breakfast and they were out of cereal, fruit, and most importantly waffle batter mix. The beds were very hard.

Most staff were friendly. Location was great. Various breakfast choices.

Most TV channels didn't work and when I advised staff the only response was "I'm aware" Bathroom floor was sticky, corners of floor and shower door were black Front of air conditioner unit wasn't attached and wiring was sticking out on the floor.

Needs to be updated! Carpets were dirty and stained! Chair in the room was stained, desk chair was broken! Elevator was very hot! Getting off the elevator on the second floor was unsafe! Between the elevator itself and the floor was a big open gap!

Breakfast in the morning with 24 hour coffee is awesome.

The breakfast shut down 1 hour before the expected close time. Was disappointed that i had to hurry get breakfast. Some customers were denied of breakfast because they close earlier than expected.

The Hampton Inn in Enterprise is a very nice hotel. It exceeded my expectations. Very pleased with our stay and would definitely stay again if in the area. Very clean with friendly and helpful staff. Great lighting outside at night.

The staff was very helpful.

The air conditioner leaked and wet the floor. The water would not turn off in the bath tub.

The facility was generally worn and distressed in appearance, and my room was not clean. Specifically, the shower doors were obviously dirty and the bathroom floor was slick/slimy feeling. Carpet was dirty. Did not walk in room without shoes!

Price, convenience, breakfast

Room 222 needs blinds or blackout curtains because the street light in the parking light shines right into the room and it¿s bright!

They explained because of Covid19 housekeeping would not enter to service the room unless requested. On the 4thday we requested clean towels n they were very prompt n pleasant. Room was clean n we felt very comfortable.

Staff was very friendly, welcoming and responsive.

Fitted sheet would not stay on the mattress which made it hard to relax while sleeping as I did not want my body to touch the mattress, shower could've been cleaned much better (corners had black stuff).

The up keeping the carpet needed to have a deep cleaning and they need to do a maintenance check in every room

Overpriced, lousy one night stay. Both bed mattresses were worn out, sagging in the middle. I have slept on air mattresses with more support. Active TV screen was similar size to monitor on my desk and small for room size.

The room was large and clean and the air conditioner worked great.

The side door key pad wasn't working so we couldn't enter through the side door even though our room was at the end of the hall. I will say that it worked the second day just fine so it may have just been one day.

Rooms were spacious and clean... bed was verrrry comfortable!

The air conditioner cooled efficiently, but it needed a tune up. It had a winding down before it cut off.

Yes, I booked and paid for a suite but was given a regular room and was told that all the suites were booked.

The breakfast

It is not easy to find, down a secondary road, in behind some stores. The room was extremely crowded. Could hardly walk between the foot of the bed and the furniture Also, I have never stayed in a hotel where you could not close the drapes at night!

This hotel is clean and comfortable. The staff members are polite and helpful.

The music from the lobby played all night long. Our room was directly above the lobby, and the music kept us up all night.

I liked the courteous staff, hotel location, hotel cleanliness, and overall appearance of this hotel.

I believe the hotel, the room, the free breakfast, etc. was of great quality, but I do not believe the cost was appropriate. $--- after taxes; those are major metropolitan area costs. I believe between $-- and $--- with taxes would have been fairer.
