Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Enterprise

The staff at the front desk checking us in was super friendly and got us checked in quickly. The mattress was very comfortable and there were plenty of pillows. The breakfast in the morning offered a large variety and was continually replenished.

The A/C unit was extremely loud and woke me up several times in the night. Also, I wish the shower had been a little cleaner, without the grey scuff marks in the shower pan and without the water spots on the glass door and tile.

Check-in was quick and easy.... which was nice after driving all day. Very courteous staff.

The staff was very nice.

The room was not very clean. A lot of hair was in the bed sheets.

Plenty of parking and great location.

Construction work across hall from 8pm until midnight - terrible mattress.

The Fairfield is my go to when I stay in town. The customer service here is beyond reproach. Rooms are clean and and comfortable. Breakfast is hot and a good selection.

The rooms were very decent and the breakfast was great.

Only thing not likable was that our rooms were not ready when checked in. Had to wait 1 hour and 45 minutes!!! The sink vent hole or whatever it's called was very moldy and needed cleaning.

Breakfast was great and tidy! The room was clean & smelled fresh! The pool was perfect for the kids to enjoy! The staff was friendly! You do have to request maid service it doesn¿t come automatically we just didn¿t know to do that!

I don¿t have any complaints!

The staff is what I liked best due to them above and beyond w the elevator was out of service. The night manager, stayed calm and professional regarding the situation.

I did not like the fact that the entire third floor was extremely hot and muggy. The air conditioner didn¿t work in the hallways.

The manager was super nice and was working really hard to fix things.

1) There was a roach in my towel. 2) We requested housekeeping but they never cleaned our room. 3) The carpet under the a/c unit was wet. 4) Breakfast came in a "mystery sack". 5) Pool was closed.

Staff was extremely friendly and helpful, we arrived early and they let us check in early. Breakfast was delicious and hot.

No complaints everything was wonderful

The service was above grade and front desk was willing at all times to assist. Looby, pool, gym and elevators kept clean and swept and rooms very cozy.

Unpleasant smell coming from the kitchen area made eating breakfast little undesirable.

Clean and well kept and very friendly staff. Breakfast was good. Place to eat across the street very convenient.

I was able to check-in early with no hassle. The staff at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and very comfortable.

The bench that was supposed to be attached to the wall in the shower was missing and we had to kill a small roach that was walking on the ceiling.

I would say the best hotel in Enterprise, AL. I stayed in several.Appeared basically new, my room was like no one had ever used it. Staff was amazing. Got a very late check out time, indoor pool, hot free breakfast with very nice wait-staff.

Can not find anything negative to mention whatsoever.

My son had got chemical conjunctivitis in his eyes due to the pool water being to strong my daughter along with my sons friend got sick n the pool n everybody started coughing n throwing up

Very nice, clean and great breakfast.

Pool was cold, and the pool area was chilly as well, which made swimming uncomfortable.

Cleanliness, friendly front desk agents & housekeepers very welcoming.
