They checked me out without me checking out and said that overnight did it, so while i went and got breakfast house keeping came in and took my belongings, and blamed the overnight crew

Shower curtain missing, window shade wouldn't go up and a large carpet stain

Hotel employee at the front desk. She was so friendly and helpful. Also the breakfast was yummy and the attendant lady at breakfast was so nice.

The room was great but the bathtub was not clean. Hairs in the tub and left over soap on the soap ledge from Previous guest.

Hotel was clean, room was clean, staff was nice. No complaints!

It¿s location is right off the main drag and if you are traveling say to B¿ham from PC, then it¿s a great spot to stop when maybe you left a little later than you wanted. They have a hot breakfast with a variety of options, no waffle maker¿

I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. It is conveniently located, clean, comfortable and offers exceptional service. The staff was very friendly and was quick to respond. The room was spotlessly clean. Excellent hot breakfast served each morning.

I do not have a bad thing to say about this hotel. If you are going to be staying in Enterprise, this is the place to stay. There are several restaurants within walking distance and it is about 5 miles from Fort Rucker.

I did not have room service if you needed something you had to go downstairs and requested this included towels and toiletries staff that provided morning breakfast complains every single The elevator was broke

Good staff. The breakfast food prep/hostess was very helpful and prepared breakfast item st a level above most others that I have experienced. Others in the dining area all seemed to concur.

Due to Covid, daily room service was curtailed. Not a hit against the hotel, just the actualities of the day.

Convenient, very clean, very friendly staff. Room was clean, spacious and just perfect.

Not specifically hotel but noise in parking lot about midnight. People in cars talking with people outside cars and very loud. Noise was between 11:00 PM and 1:00 AM.

Yes. 3rd stay at this location. Each time I've yet to receive my security deposit back.

The hotel staff was friendly. Room was clean and beds comfy.

There must have been a family trip staying there cause they were loud and rude as hell for 2 hours outside the rooms. No regard for other people trying to sleep. Let their kids scream and run up and down the halls. Other than that is was a nice hotel.

The first room had not been cleaned. I was given another room rather quickly.

Loud noise from other guest screaming in hallways and people trying to get in room during the night

The breakfast had a wide array of hot food choices.

It was in a great location and was exactly what we expected. Breakfast was good and rooms were nice.
