Absolutely Nothing

Staff NEVER met me at the desk. Waiting for 40 minutes before going to another hotel. Would NEVER recommend

It was located in a business district & every thing needed was in the area.

No. The rooms were filthy, had bugs, no toilet paper. T.V.'s didn t work, none of the amenities listed were available.

The price that was it

They had bugs then when you tried to talk to someone about it there was no one around

The room had a horrible smell,the bathtub was dirty and outdated,the mattress was warped and worn out.

The rate, and most of the reviews were good. Obviously those people weren't in the same room I was in. Or the 2 starts would of went to 0 stars. The first room I was given had someone sleeping in it. I now think it was the missing housekeeper.

1.Cleanliness-Carpet was dirty-cigarette butt in the corner of my no smoking room. 2.Sheets were stained. Two pillows on the bed were old and as flat as crackers. 3.Dirty towels on bathroom door, an floor dirty. 4.Continental was coffee only

Staff was helpful

Room needed renovations bad. Holes in wall. Carpet filthy, left our feet dirty.

Beds were super soft. And the shower was awesome.

Beds were not quite big enough. Needed to be queen size. Also the people next to us were loud all night long.

Location. Right off main road.

I stay in hotels multiple times a month...this was the dirtiest hotel room I've ever stayed in. The white towels were all off white and covered in brown and black spots. Not sure the last time they were washed. The bed sheets were covered in stains.

The staff was very friendly and the hotel was clean, beds very comfortable. I was very pleased with the hotel for a quick one night stay. Only about 35 minutes from Graceville

It was just nice enough to stay in for my visit with my daughter & grandkids.

Hard to find at night but I called and the desk clerk gave me careful, precise directions and I found the hotel.

Staff were super friendly, the room was nice and clean. The only bad things was something happened to the pool so couldn't swim.

Only that the pool was gross.

The rooms are a nice size but someone just walked in while we were still asleep at 0930! They knocked on the door every 30 minutes until 1100 am. It was ridiculous. We found socks behind the dressor from the last person. Our door key did not work 3 times!

The non smoking room smelled like it was a smoking room.

The manager was really nice and helpful the price wasn't bad either

I kept having a small issue with my door but they were quick to try and resolve it

There was mold on the ceiling in the bathroom and it looked as if they only painted over it prior it was not clean in the room

The room smelled, the bathroom was dirty and they charged me extra for a room with 2 beds when I arrived. Overall I would NEVER stay there again

The bed slept good.

When we arrived and open the door, the door got stuck and we had to change rooms. I did not like that the room was not cleaned daily. You could the light from outside around the sides of the doors which made me feel unsafe.

Great Value, clean, courteous, comfortable, I have stayed at a lot worse for more money.
