It was a nice hotel good area

They charged you eighteen dollars for breakfast. Other Hiltons that I have stayed at did not charge you for breakfast. It was included in your state

The location was great and the hotel itself is nice and quiet.

The pillows are not even standard size. Very small. Found 2 hairs on top of the toilet seat upon entering the room. Also one hair in the shower. Very disappointed because the hotel and location is so nice.

Cozy location. Bar and lounge area was nice and inviting. All staff were wonderful.

Room was nice and the bed was comfortable. Room was clean and maid service did change linens every day .

Upon arrival they didn't have our room ready . We were there 10 min before check in . At 3 they got us our room and told us we didn't have face towels. Get to the room and there were no full size towels. Didn't get towels til 9:30 at night. Staff was rude

The location was great, the outside of the hotel looked amazing.

My credit card has been charged a total of 3 superstate occasions for a 1 night stay. The room was dirty, there was hair in the shower from God knows what or who. My daughter and I had to share a bed because there was something splattered on the headboard

There isn¿t much around the hotel if you don¿t have a vehicle. Something¿s are walking distance but it¿s very far walk with no hotel shuttle. The area is not accessible to Lyft and Uber is super expensive.

The lobby was nice, but no cooked to order breakfast because the cook called off.

Our room was filthy and had hair everywhere as if someone was living there, refrigerator was hot and not working, we requested another room and when we opened the 2nd room door all of the beds were unmade, there was a past guest keys in the room.

We didn¿t have towels at the pool and there was no spa (hot tub) even though it was labeled as having one

The hotel won¿t clean the room or provide toiletries including towels and toilet paper even when requested.

The staff was very nice and professional, and the lobby is really nice. I also feel like the hotel is located in a nice area.

The room was a little small for my family of 3, and the pull out bed was old and uncomfortable. I also don¿t like that the breakfast was $9.

Great beds and comfortable room and shower

I loved the staff at this hotel, they were nice and cooperative. The breakfast was delicious, and the room view was decent.

This hotel was lady bug infested. We got to our room and noticed 2 of them, and by the time we went out and came back there were 8. We got someone to exterminate them, and more came back. We got switched to a different room and that one had some too.

Customer Service was EXCELLENT. The lady on check-in she was delightful and helpful. The lady who check me out was very understanding about the complaints that I had and as trying to help me in any way that she could.

There was only 1 small roll of toilet paper in the bathroom. I requested a 5am wakeup call & didn't receive it & was late for a hockey tournament! Also I tried to make coffee in my room & the sugar packets were already open & used a creamer it was bad.

It would have been nice for it to include a breakfast. And I didn't like the water bottles in the room. One of kids grabbed one and opened it before we saw the $2 sign. Seriously. $2 for a bottle of water and the sign was only on the other bottle

The staff was super friendly and I think it was the manager, but he even remembered my name every time I saw him. And I loved that the exercise room was open

Staff was very friendly and accommodating.

It took little bit of winding through narrow hairpin turns in the road but Hilton can't do much about that

The decor

The hotel doesn¿t enforce the mandatory mask mandate Alabama has in place. A man checking in front of me didn¿t have a mask and no one said anything. I wouldn¿t stay there again for that reason.
