The staff was very friendly

The room had little white styrofoam pieces and an empty plastic cup on the floor. It didn’t appear the room had been vacuumed. The shower was terrible. Very little water came out of the shower head.

The bartender was great. Even though they were short staffed he took care of everyone and had a wonderful attitude.

my TV volume did not work but get me fee parking as a compensation. overall I was happy with the hotel

Convenient to restaurants and attractions in the area. Very friendly staff. Love that they allowed our dog.

Staff was hospitable

The bath soap pump dispenser was empty, there were about 2 or 3 tissues in the tissue box, hall carpet was very staines.

My stay was phenomenal! Everyone I encountered was kind, polite and inviting. I dined at the in-house restaurant and enjoyed it greatly. It was a delightful experience.

Housekeeping knocking on the door at 9:00 AM. Be careful of stepping out of the shower. There is a nice distance to reaching the floor.

I got there at 3 am and they were running an audit and would not check me in until 5 am. They offered me a peanut butter cup. Told me to speak to the manager in the morning. So I at 8 I explained to the manager that I had a VA doctor's appointment at and

Price was ridiculous, considering it doubled from Thursday to Friday.

The entire experience was exactly what I expected except when we arrived. Check-in time after 4pm,according to reservation but we arrived @ 440pm. My family & I had to wait in the lobby after a 5 hr drive for an hr because they had no room ready for us.

Very clean and nicely appointed room. Breakfast was great, too! Will stay again when in Birmingham!

Blankets were not clean. Asked to have bedding changed because they were not clean, blankets were replaced with more dirty blankets. After asking a second time for clean blankets, received better bedding. Sink in room was clogged/backed up, so was tub.

This hotel lived up to the excellent rankings for cleanliness. I hope the housekeeping staff are being rewarded for their attention to detail.

I did not like the mattress on the bed. I realize this is a very personal issue, but I was very uncomfortable and tossed and turned through the night. It would be great if hotel chains would invest in a mattress such as the Purple brand.

The breakfast was awesome setup for such a time as COVID. Many hotels had stopped serving breakfast. Hotel employee was wonderful and helpful!

The security was good. When an event happened there was extra precautions in place that kept everyone safe. The Hotel Staff was very accommodating to our need to check in early due to my Dad's health and our schedule for his appointments at UAB Hospital.

Everyone was so incredibly helpful and friendly! The room was clean and spacious. The location was fantastic!
