Pros +

  • The location it was by alot of restaurants.
  • We had a wedding to attend and the reception was held atThe Fennec/The Social. We loved that the hotel was directly across the street and a short walk to our room after the party.
  • It is a nice hotel

Cons -

  • We didn't have a key to the room because the computer for the keys was down the whole time, when they finally took us up to the room we went in to check the room out and it was food in the microwave and frozen beer in the freezer the guy that took us to the room say it and when we went down stairs they said that housekeeping was going to take care of it but when we got back this was over 3 hours because we where here to see family we still couldn't get a key because the computer was still down and when we got back up to the room the food and beer was still there the guy took it but the that was so unprofessional, then the light went out of the bathroom we where just over the whole experience..
  • Apparently a new card service was installed the day before we checked in and the system went down. We were never given keys and had to have an employee escort us to our room whenever we needed to get in. It was a bit of an inconvenience.
  • It was really noisy some one had a dog when we were on the second floor and you could hear them running down the halls laughing and the dog barking.
