There is a list of things I did not like about this hotel. The bed were not comfortable, towels were rough, the hotel was advertised with a pool and there was no pool. Staff was no friendly. Breakfast was terrible.Toilet seat was broken To list a few

It was extremely dirty. I had a horrible smell. The floors were slippery . There was huge stains all over the lampshade.

Cleanliness of the room, cleanliness of the mattresses. And the breakfast was terrible.

The beds were hard and small, trash alongside the bed that just needs vacuuming, dog poo in the grass

Staff is very friendly and helpful. Did not make us feel like we were putting them out.

Breakfast was a little disappointing - no milk or eggs.

The price.

Bed was as hard as the all-tile floor. Toilet seat was busted. Breakfast was meager. No eggs, bacon or sausage.

Was a no smoking room & it had definitely been smoked in! The room stunk! The pillows are tiny!

The room was clean and the people were nice and the area is got lots of food options.

The room had a smell . It may the the kind of cleaner used also the sponge that was used to clean the tub was left on it.

The staff were friendly

The beds squeak, even if you sit, or roll over. Aweful. Extremely loud and neat the interstate. Needs new windows for more sound proof.

The friendly and accommodating staff, at the front desk and in the breakfast area. The rooms were comfortable.

I missed breakfast on Saturday (My own fault, most likely, but I don't remember being told the times!). And I'd have liked more breakfast options.

Staff was nice.

The room smelled of cigarette smoke from prior years. The walls are thin, the bathroom mirror looked like it hasn¿t been wiped down in a long time. Don¿t think I¿ll stay here again.

Being charged $100 fee for what idk and was told I would get it back and then being charged 50.00 for each pet when it didn't mention a thing about a fee when I booked the room

Manager admonished staff member in front of us. This staff member was good to us. Don¿t remember names.

Nothing, the hotel was definitely not what I expected. Room was terrible and views were a/c units. Finally got moved into another room. Staff was rude. Refused to let me speak with a manager. They continuously said they were busy. I called your customer.

To request a refund when I was booking another hotel and no one could assist me with the refund or a partial credit. So this is my last time using your service.

Location was good. Safe area

The breakfast as advertised is false. No eggs or sausage. Only hot item was the waffle. Half the reason we stayed was the advertised breakfast. I would not satay again. Traveling with kids we like to feed them in the hotel and run.

The room was nice

The was NO TOWELS AND WASHCLOTHS in the room and when I went to the desk the staff gave me 1 WASHCLOTH and a hand towel and the both looked use. So I went and bought some TOWELS and WASHCLOTHS.

Bedding was all wrinkled. Chair was stained bad. Paint knocked off wall in bathroom. Handicapped bar in shower loose from the wall. Toilet lever had to be manually lifted up to stop water from running.

Enjoyed a 1-night stay after a day in Tuscaloosa to watch the TIDE play. We specifically looked for a room in the area of this hotel so we would be close to our favorite restaurants and stores. The room was clean and the staff were welcoming.

The hotel has been totally remodeled. Clean, safe parking and very helpful staff.
