- There was an incident across the hall from me that required police intervention. The police were there for hours. I was afraid to leave my room. I overheard some things. When I was finally able to relax, and lay down the police knocked on my door.

Some of the front desk staff were not friendly. The tones used when needing assistance was not helpful. The outlets in the room did not all work properly and the housekeeping and overall cosmetic appeal of the room was not optimal.

The breakfast was good and the staff in breakfast area was good.
Well, the first room (#221) had no functioning air conditioning. I think the thermostat was broken and the room smelled very musty. Stayed as long as I could, but then called front desk and was moved to room #212. It was better.
The entire floor smelled like an ash tray. I asked for a non-smoking room, but it appeared as if was situated between 2 smoking rooms.
The staff was very helpful. The breakfast was superior. Very good location.
