Location and comfortable bed

Bathtub was peeling bad, and had leftover hair

Didn’t get the room we reserved, coffee maker empty and had to ask for new coffee and didn’t have some breakfast items available.

Direct Tv had 10 channels out. Most all were business type FOX, CNBC, Bloomberg, TBS etc. This should have been mentioned when booking the room, I would not stayed at this location if I would have known.

As I exited my vehicle, a woman that worked at the Hotel greeted me & that was the best.

I did not like not having a hotel phone in the room. We were awoken in the middle of the night at middle. The fire alarm was going on, we thought the Hotel was on fire, there was no phone to call the front desk. Charging outlets did not work.

Free parking, ease of check-in and pleasant staff.

Broken iron board, no toilet paper

More help, guest had to walk down and get more toilet paper

Tub has rust in the bottom. Sink has a crack that someone tried to repair. May be time to upgrade the hotel.

Other than cosmetic, hotel was great.

The location

The room temperature was not adjustable making the room uncomfortable. The bathroom sink counter was very small and a towel shelf was awkwardly stuck on the wall invading the sink space. There was plenty of room under the sink to have installed a shelf.

Great large clean room and wonderful bed.

Free breakfast at AM was disappointing. Ran out of about everything, OJ machine was broke. And the attendant didn?t seem to care about it.

Comforter was dirty, stained. Breakfast bar was terrible; expect more from a Hampton Inn.

Absolutely nothing

Dirty, rude staff, unsanitary, UNSAFE.? people tried to enter my room after midnight

Not properly staffed. Did not get in our room till 6:45 from a 3:00 check in. Bathroom was out of soap and paper towels. No coffee. Called Hilton and owner of property and no one has gotten back to us. They were out of most items at breakfast.

Room, bed, air conditioning made the room extremely humid a left everything in the damp.

Harsh fluorescent-like lighting in the room and each bulb was a different color temperature. For a Hampton, breakfast was only OK this time.

Check in staff were very friendly and helpful. Check in and out processes were simple and efficient.

The only negative was that I was unable to exit the back of the hotel as it was locked for safety purposes, but the only card reader for entry/exit was on the outside of the building. Would not be a big deal usually, but it was raining heavily.

Booked a King, checked in, was assigned a two queens. Went back to desk, complained and received a King. At midnight somebody tried to enter room but we had door bolted. They said they were assigned room. Next afternoon our keys wouldn't work.

The location is perfect for us...it's near restaurants, shopping and easy access to the interstate.

No complaints at all.

Black mold in bathroom. We arrived late and were tired so we didn?t notice black mold until the morning. We should be refunded our money, we took pictures

I killed roaches ,dirt in bathroom, mattress lumpy,uncomfortable.There for baseball tournament. Team got eliminated Tuesday even though I paid for two remaining days. I was lead to believe that I would be refunded for unused days .Hotel refused to refund

leaking AC, repair man attempt to fix but it continued to leak throughout our stay
