Room was clean. New appliances

It is not a 3 star hotel. Loud parking lot, smells like weed, old cheap rooms, no breakfast.

Host was very friendly, room was basic but clean and bed was comfy. Price was just right for a 1 night last minute stay. Thank you!

Just took a little bit of a drive off interstate since it was in town near hospital. My gps was off when I got nearby but manager answered my call and helped me find it!

There were several live cockroaches that I saw.

The guy at counter was nice.

Definitely not a 3 star hotel like it said. Room was dirty, people yelling all night, and bathroom facet broke. We had to switch rooms at first cause our non smoking room smelled worst than a bar and had stains from cigarettes on the counters. Horrible

Size of the room and the way it was laid out.

Staff were rude. Did not return my deposit saying there were "items missing" that never were there and "dog fur everywhere" when she slept on the floor on her own bed.

They charged a 100 deposit to my credit card and wont refund it even though there wasnt any damage or anything missing from the room

Hotel should be closed. Literally paint and plaster falling off the walls. Management is non existant and rude. Matresses was filthy and bed bugs with stained sheets. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!

Hotel employee who checked me in was a very engaging man, very helpful and friendly.

It was what I expected but better, if that makes any sense.

The TV did not work properly (had static lines on every channel), the remote needed new batteries (had to press SUPER hard and point DIRECTLY at the sensor to get it to work!). The light next to the bed sis not work.

Pretty sure there were bedbugs. Woke up itchy and with bite marks all over. Also one towel had a mystery substance on it.

Everything was a lie. 1-The wed side Sayed that they have Breakfast, when I got there, they tell me that they don't do breakfast. 2-In the room don't have a sofa to seat down like they show in the pictures 3-The room smell very bad.

The hotel is comfortable somewhere I was able to relax .

In the this room the microwave seem to get extra hot, the microwave burned the popcorn and take a longer when more time when cooking something that usually wouldn't take that long.

Staff was friendly and room was clean. AC works really good.

No coffee maker. No place to sit except bed. No maid service during stay.

AIR NOT ON WHEN WE CAME IN WHEN THE TEMP OUTSIDE WAS 97 DEGREES. THE ROOM WE WAS SUPPOSE TO HAVE WAS SMOKING AND WE WAS GIVING A NON SMOKING ROOM. CONSTRUCTION/SHUT DOWN POOL.

Location and when it was time for me to leave!!!! WASH EVERYTHING WHEN YOU LEAVE or better yet DONT STAY AT THIS AWFUL MOTEL!!! Worst experience I¿ve ever had.

Staff was not helpful. Rooms were not cleaned so I had to wait over an hour. Check in is at 3pm, arrived at 4:30pm and entered my room at 6pm. Curtains and even lampshades were stained and there were insects. Asked clerk can I change rooms¿ he said NO!

Easy to get to. Staff was friendly- they just did not follow through on requests.

Pool was listed on site but it was closed. The refrigerator in our room did not work. And the mirror on the back of the bathroom door was badly cracked and looked as if it might fall at any time. Staff was friendly but unresponsive in handling matters.
