Newly renovated and very clean.

Gas bbq grills need replaced.

Clean rooms, very helpful staff. Breakfast was very good. Overall great experience and would recommend highly.

The night clerk who fell asleep at the front desk and did not wake up when I rang the bell.

Private drive didn?t make the area seem so busy

Receptionist was less than friendly and seemed to be preoccupied on her phone.

Soaking wet carpet. Outdated. Charged when I had prepaid. Given 3 towels for 5 people.

Carpet was old and stained. Mold in the bathtub. Perfect otherwise

The staff was great the pool is very nice and clean.

This location was a little pricey I would¿ve considered this location to be a deal if it were --- dollars cheaper per night .

Every time we come to stay at the hotel, experience is just awesome staff,the rooms are very clean. I love to having our own kitchen setups everything was just on point.

The hotel was nice and in a great location.

I am guessing that there was a lack of staff because my check in time was 3:00, but because my room wasn't ready I did not get to check in until 5:45 which threw my plan behind.

Location, price, and the people who worked there

Many things broken, in disrepair, or gross.

The lady at the front desk was nice and the location was good

Do NOT stay here. Our room was filthy, stains and holes in the carpet, mold on the curtains, very bad smell (something dead), no security lock on the door, food and dishes left in the dishwasher, broken and stained furniture. Horrible!!!

Fire alarm went off at 1am. Light in room flashed all night. Did not get back to sleep until 3am. Alarm went off again atc7:30. Please try and get my money back. Tom Hughes 

My stay was not so good this time due to the shower didn't work contacted the front disk who act as if there was nothing they could do

Terrible experience

Left to go to store came back at 9 am the housekeeper was in my room she threw away some of my toiletries. The hotel didn¿t care no apologies until I contacted corporate. Never again

Staff was friendly and location was in a good area.

We had to change rooms due to mildew mold smell. Hotel rooms need renovation. Dust and rust visible. For the price charged for the rooms not worth it. Outside of hotel and lobby area look nice but inside the rooms look old and worn.

Location, room layout, and breakfast choices.

The room contained personals from the previous guest. The fridge had old food and wine in the fridge.

The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable to my liking. The staff was very respectful.

Shower caps were missing. I was placed at the end of the corridor far away from the elevator. The toilet is not conducive for disabled people, it is too low.

Afternoon/evening front desk was great. Breakfast and breakfast staff were great.

Could use shower. Was told they would repair but they didn¿t. Sheets and towels were stained. Over, the hotel need a facelift.
