Graffiti drug deals in the parking lot roaches homeless people everywhere and would not refund my money when I told them I wanted to cancel my stay because I didn't feel safe staying there

The price and distance to our event. The room was a nice Suze with space but seems to need upgrading.

The room needs some cosmetic work, the beds were small and the most uncomfortable we have ever had.

\didn't have what they said on website. Old TV, heater woke us all night on and off. Water constant running in toilet. No microwave or frig.

The room was clean. If I went by my first impression at check-in and the lobby I would have left and never looked at the room.

The lobby was dirty and people that were hanging out around the lobby made me uneasy.

Absolutely nothing. It's a scam. I have a high tolerance for this stuff so I booked it knowing it wouldn't be great but was blown away by how awful it was so I tried to get a refund immediately and was denied it. Has to be the only way they're in business

This hotel is the worst I've ever seen. My room had french fries and cigarette butts on the floor, mold, burns, broken toilet, awful smell. There were even homeless people sleeping in the hallways. Denied refund and was cursed at by staff. Ruined my trip.

The front desk gentleman was kind - appreciated the refrigerator and microwave in the room

Even though it was listed as a non-smoking room, the room reeked of cigarette smoke, most likely from the very old carpet. The only amenities were 2 small bars of soap. There was no shampoo, hair dryer, or extra toilet paper (half a roll on the spindle)

The hotel was close to my event. The staff was courteous and nice.

The room was not clean at all. There were cigarette ashes in the bathroom floor(a non smoking room). There were multiple hairs in the tub and on the hanging towels! And the floor was completely dirty obviously not swept or mopped.

Lobby and elevators very dirty and shabby. They are remodeling, should have begun there. The key for my first room wouldn't work. Second room heat barely worked, third room was fine, but tile floor was dirty.

The hotel is remodeling. Room was clean. bathroom floor was dirty. Elevator,hallways were dirty.Towels were small and thin. Bed was comfortable & new. Otherwise I would have refused to stay there.

The rooms were very recently renovated and everything in the room was brand new.

The location was terrible, it was right next to the homeless shelter. Also the exterior appearance was pretty rough.

There was absolutely nothing to love about this hotel. It is the worse hotel I have ever stayed at in my life.

The rooms were not clean - I found crumbs in "clean" bed. The floor was not vacuumed and the curtain had holes in it. The pool had dirt and broken toilets in it. Don't stay here. You can find a much better hotel 15 minutes away for sure.

Nothing. This hotel needs to not be offered as an option.

This place is nasty. Rooms filthy. Inspections out of date. Staff is rude. Nothing is clean. Terrible neighborhood. Noisy. Even the TV is poor quality. I could not find anything positive about this stay and only stayed to avoid losing money.
