The room did not have heat and the thermostat did not work on the coldest night of the year!!

The staff was nice and welcoming. I felt appreciated as a guest. The breakfast was hot and lots of variety.

It¿s a little far down 280 and the traffic is terrible but that¿s not the hotels fault. There¿s a lot around so on mice you finally get there you don¿t have to go far to get anything.

The staff and there are lots of restaurants and grocery store in walking distance from the hotel.

The location is far down hwy 280 so if there is traffic it will take so long to get to the hotel once you get off of the exit.

No fridge or microwave.

The only thing I like about this hotel was the housekeeper on my floor who treated me very nicely.

Got kicked out of my room early even though I had a reservation.

The fire alarm went 2 times once at 4:30 in Am. We were outside for at least a hour and 1/2. I couldn't go back to sleep. The next day the fire alarm went off gave me the biggest headache. I needed to get away and rest! Far from it.

Great price. Good bed.

Air conditioner wouldn't turn off. Breakfast was limited.

Clean, quiet room with good enough breakfast, what more could you want.

We left some clothing in our room and called that day to see if they could set it aside for my family to come by and get it since we live in South Carolina. Two days later and they still have not told us anything. Repeatedly called for two days. No help

Loved everything location was Amazing shops everywhere...the staff were extremely kind, helpful, friendly and overall nice folks...I would definitely go back to Birmingham just to stay at this hotel.

The hotel is conveniently located next to shopping and dining. Also, it's about 10 minutes from the bowling center. ALL staff was extremely helpful and friendly. I felt comfortable there.

Not all the rooms have microwaves and refrigerators. I stayed here for a week, and that would have been really nice!

Did not sleep all night ..could hear ppl above us walking and running ..sounded like they were moving furniture ..front desk offered another room but it was too late at night and we had to be up early..these hotels need some sort if noise makers in rooms

The location is great! It's far enough off the main road that it's quiet, yet within walking distance of shops, grocery stores, and restaurants!

The staff was awesome, the room was very nice, very clean breakfast was awesome

We were booked under the wrong bed specifications, so the sweet lady at the front desk upgraded us to a suite!! Amazing!

Well kept

They did not place the guest right and there were kids above us and kept us up until we called the front desk and it got a little bit better.

Comfortable bed. Clean. Good shower.

Noise level. Sounded like the people above us were marching around the room late at night. Breakfast was not the best.
