It was a big room and was equipped for handicap very well

The road needs to be marked better to get to the hotel

Every staff member we encountered was lovely. Excellent service.

Our room was old, barren, and in desperate need of renovation. No hot water in the morning. It was serviceable for our purposes but if we needed to stay more than one night we would have moved.

The hotel was under renovation which should have been noted. The main floor smelled very strongly of chemicals - not paint but I?m not sure what. The hall on the 3rd floor smelled of pot. We had to call down because we had no hot water in the shower

Absolutely terrible hotel! Upon returning Hotel was dark, then only 1/2 lights worked. Hallways mostly dark, tv out, no hot water, ceiling tiles on floor, water leaking from ceiling, Clerk said we could leave w/ refund. Manager refused to give us a refund

Location to Barber Motorsports Park

It definitely needs a refresh. The door on the shower was broken. Also the shower needed to be scrubbed. There was stains on the carpet and the couch. The staff acted like they were being bothered if you asked them a question.

Clean rooms. Breakfast was good and in a large room. Very nice.

No restaurants within walking distance but that's not your fault, just a feature. However, it was quiet where it was and that was nice. Parking was a little tight.

Bed slept good

Unusual front of hotel. Actually the fro t is in the back of hotel. We didn't know if this was our hotel until we circled to the rear. Once there everything is as it should be.

Room had a bad smell. No water pressure at the hand sink. Parking lot has several potholes.

Breakfast was great!

There was a lot of dirt on furniture¿lamps, refrigerator. They could use a deep clean.

It was close to the location we came to visit in Irondale.

There was no place to put your soap and shampoo in the shower. Had to put it on the floor. We asked for clean towels but didn¿t get any.

Hotel staff very accommodating and courteous. Close to airport and downtown

Super nice staff that work hard. Had a party next door and had to work next day. She helped is tremendously.

The hotel next door comes eat all the breakfast in the mornings. By 7am all was gone. We saw them walking over in groups, while we are the ones that pay to stay there. Hamptons guests should have something. I worked but family got no breakfast any morning

The staff was friendly and the hotel was very clean. Plus parking was great.

I wish the heated pool was warmer. We went to take a dip and it was bone chilling cold.

The staff was great, helpful and very nice. Breakfast was good food and very clean with someone there attending, keeping everything stocked and helping as needed.

I specifically requested a Handicap room and it was booked as such, but when we arrived our room was a standard and we had to move furniture to get me in. I could not get into the bathroom and close the door in my wheelchair to use it. Unhappy camper.

We have stayed here previously and had a great experience. In our room the floors were extremely sticky, refrigerator was broken (everything froze), and missing parts. Disappointing

Very cozy lobby set up for Christmas. Heated indoor pool was a big plus. Nice full breakfast. Good experience

Breakfast was nice.

Carpets throughout halls/rooms were dirty/stained. We had a room w/ a sofa bed but were told there were no pillows available for it. Indoor pool was dirty,extremely too warm,felt more like a hot tub,we couldn¿t even swim in it. Sofa bed had bed bug stains

The staff was so hospitable. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast, coffee and waters were extra nice touches.
