Park Inn by Radisson, Attalla-Gadsden

Th staffs (receptionist) and (breakfast host) are friendly and helpful ladies! The hotel seems to be under renovation. There are boxes labeled king bed and mini refrigerator laying around inside of lobby. Pool seemed to be repairing.

Okay for a night’s stay.

Everyone working are personable helpful.Motel is old but the new owners have done a wonderful job renovating Also new bedding and accessories. My housekeeper was wonderful as was the new owner.I am disabled and he went out of his way to help me.Thank You!

Breakfast was in need of attention. Bathroom needs more attention but the maintenance man was sweet & accommodating.

I love the location and the fact that they have a pool.

The pool was dry as a bone and looks like it needs to be redone completely. The clerk who took our deposit "misplaced" it and management haven't contacted meabout the missing money, nor did they seem to care that my deposit is missing.

Towels dirty staff wouldn't bring clean ones my wife had allergic reaction because of the un clean linens and room

Nothing. The only thing was the lady that checked us in was nice.

Roaches, Drug dealers doing deals in the parking lot. The staff argued with each other. It took a full day and asked twice to get two towels. The refrigerator and microwave was not working. The light sockets weren?t functional. Door lock broke & much more

Yes the roof came threw the bathroom and the shower head

Woke up during the night turned the light on roach bugs all over told them them in the morning but they already had exte rminators there

wi fi did not work at all. ridiculous we paid for a hotel that clearly did not have wi fi compatibility for a lot of the rooms. We believe we should get a refund for that. also the breakfast was poor - only one waffle maker which did not work properly

Friendly staff

The room is SERIOUSLY dated and they seem SERIOUSLY understaffed and cannot keep up with room cleaning. Also, the handicapped room was a bit down a path. Why wouldn't it be located it on the side where all one has to do is go from curbside to the room?!

Yes! Being accused of breaking a mirror and expecting me to pay for it because "I didn't report it". I didn't report the toilet that leaked every time it was flushed either. This has turned me off to all Days Inn stays.

Free Breakfast, chill and relaxed staff and friendly people

The on comers that weren¿t supposed to be on the property. People that weren¿t supposed to be there looking in cars constant peeking out my hotel room window to make sure and insure that non of my belongings were taken

Quiet, polite and helpful staff. Well lit exterior property. Clean.

There was one open and uncovered cup on counter. Made me wonder if the room was cleaned. The drawers on the dresser was hanging part way out because they weren't even in their tracks. There were no amenities in the room.

There were no redeeming qualities for this hotel.

Tripped on. Wrinkles in carpet, broken lamp, cigarette burns in the sheets in a non-smoking room, smelled like moldy smoke, had a sore throat in the morning, shower ceiling caving in, and filthy. We ended up taking quick sponge baths. Need more characters

There is nothing "best" about this hotel

Yes, first of all the man that was in the parking lot outside of the check in running around to where our room was to meet us and tell us where to park. He also opened our door and motioned for us to come in while holding and drinking a beer.

Location, pricing and staff. Rooms were good size and clean. Will stay again if in town.

Noise out back but I was ok with it. Nothing bad going on just people having fun after a long trip. After that it was quiet.
