Hampton Inn by Hilton Albertville

The room was very quiet. The Breakfast was great! The breakfast staff were very accommodating, friendly, and helpful.

The elevator was a little bumpy and made some loud noises.

Very clean and the personnel were very helpful and professional.

Breakfast was good but could have more choices.

Staff was friendly, place was clean.

The cleanliness of the room and breakfast.

It was a nice hotel. Staff were very nice. Cost was ok. Stopped here due to picking my Aunt up at Shepherds Cove, Hospice facility to take her back to KY. The facility was just around the corner from hotel.

I enjoyed everything about the facility. Other customers helped me find the ice machine, which was very thoughtful.

Very clean & comfortable, room was a really good size. Staff was great and love the fact that the room has a blackout shade over window. To many hotel rooms are not dark enough due to outside lighting coming through window

The hotel was exceptionally clean and the staff was very friendly!

Road noise from adjacent highway

Breakfast was great bed was clean and comfortable rest of room was clean. When I asked if housekeeping could get garage and fresh towels they did and even made beds up

When i asked for 12pm check out instead of telling me it was ok like they usually do i was told I had to come talk to manager at 7 the next morning

Everything was clean and comfy

When asked for late check out instead of telling me it was fine like they usually do they said i had to come talk to manager at 7 the next day

Convince of location to area and how clean.

Only has an outdoor pool.

Location, staff

Shower water fixture and water pressure need updating. TV didn’t have a guide or at least I couldn’t find it, so you had to flip through all the channels to see what was on

Nothing, was very clean the staff was extremely nice, and very accommodating.

The entire facility was very clean and nicely decorated! The staff was AMAZING. Very friendly and helpful!

The noise from the nearby road was very easy to hear from the far side of the property.

Clean, convenient and updated everything

Fresh new location. Very clean. Wonderful breakfast

No complaints

Property was great and staff were nice

The breakfast .. the breakfast was awesome on one of the days we stayed there but me being allergic to the vegetables that was put in the omelette I couldn’t eat the omelette . One day they had plain omelette with just cheese which was awesome . I wish they would just do egg and cheese omelette and leave vegetables out . Other than that awesome stay though a little expensive

Breakfast great, friendly staff, new, clean

The cleanliness and the check in and out.

The mattress was way to hard and the breakfast had not many selections. At the coffee station had no cream. The lady there at the breakfast was very kind and said they were out of several things. The shower just had a stream plus the shower head was not a good one at all. For almost 200.00 a night you would think you would get more and a much better room and breakfast. The next time I'll stay at some cheaper hotel that is just as good as this one at half the price. From now on it will be Holiday Inn Express for me.
