Pros +

Not a Hotel but a holiday one bedroom apartment. It was clean and comfortable. One great plus was a 20% discount for the Kenai Glacier Tours when you book the room. My advise is "Take a Tour" it will be the highlight of your Seward experience!
The staff is OUTSTANDING. Great location. Quiet and extremely clean. Stocked with every pot and pan you could ever need. I would definitely go back.

Cons -

This was obviously an older building that was divided up to make more apartments for rental. The shower was tight with a set of stairs angling through the end of the tub. Access to some kitchen cabinets is awkward but reachable around the refrigerator.
