- Van shuttle service was great! All the staff was friendly and helpful.
- The restaurants at the hotel and the shuttle were wonderful
- For our group of 26 people, the 2 Queen beds in each room was perfect, allowing us to comfortably sleep 4 to a room. The Q SUITE was large enough for 2 rollaways & the 2 Q beds-Perfect for family of 6. Front desk staff - AMAZING! Super "CAN DO" attitudes
Cons -
- The room was cold at night and there was no way to adjust the heat in the room. It was $100 more for the night then I booked this then when I looked on google the day I checked in.
- Restaurant staff could have been a little friendlier. Bar could have been a little more prompt and organized. But NO complaints, we got our food and drinks and everyone was happy!
