Chef and his fabulous breakfast !!

Our room had a strange smell but figured it was the cleaning solution

The staff from the minute we checked in where amazing. every person I crossed paths with where friendly and helpful. Made you feel at home

Rooms only cleaned every 3 days. They said due to Covid

The screaming child outside my door for 20 mins who woke us all up and the front desk did nothing about it

Staff was very friendly and eager to help us with whatever we needed.

There was a strong marijuana odor about half of the time in the hallway, and the room had some mold in the windows. The room was also a little small, as there was barely any room on the outer sides of the beds.

Fun and friendly staff! Quiet location with a clean hot tub and pool! Definitely recommend!

jacuzzi was nice and hot relaxing, jet could be more powerful. Jacuzzi - Needs to stay open longer for adults without children.

The day I checked out.

After being checked into the wrong room and given keys to another persons room with their belongings in it it took 45 min just to check in. I then had to come back 15 min later to sign a piece of paper. Clerk was knocking at our door to get my name again.

The staff and room. Breakfast was good.

On the rear side where I took my service dog showed neglect. Paint pealing, an entry way not finished and wood rotting.

Breakfast options are perfect, plus pool and a hotub.

Location was not far from the beach and restaurants. Bed was comfortable. Free breakfast was included.

Room smells moldy. Our king size bed had 4 tiny pillows, more like kids pillows. Poor insulation on walls we can hear next door's TV and people outside talking. Breakfast was okay but sausage was blah!

Staff was wonderful greeter for Kenai.

Breakfast has potential to be great butmissing lots of food..was not refilled.

bathroom so small you had to squeeze between the toilet and plastic tub for the door to open and close. clearly it was a smoking room at one point just had bad funky smell.

I loved every about this Hotel except for the tv Didnt work. I would call before making A reservation to see if the TV works.

The tv pixelated the whole time. I was not happy about this the front desk said that the system was new and they couldn't do anything about it. They should have amazon fire sticks in every room and get net flex and this problem would be solved.

The beds where horrible and it look like there windows where growing mold. The room smelled of dust and mildew. Had a hard time just trying to open and close the window just to have fresh air.

Room was very clean. Staff was very pleasant.

Towels are very rough. Pool hours for kids was questionable.

STAFF IS AWESOME

WE WERE ON THE SECOND FLOOR AND BY THE DOOR TO THE UPSTAIRS, SO ALL NIGHT LONG ALL I COULD HEAR WAS THE DOOR OPENING AND CLOSING DROVE ME NUTS, I DIDNT GET HARLDY ANY SLEEP.

The pool & hot tub were great! Free breakfast was very nice.

The king suite that I paid more money for was very small, and the bed was awful hard! There were many kids hockey team that ran thru halls from early morning to late night, banging on doors and jammed a key card in our door, which had to be replaced.

Getting a great deal and the room was clean and the staff was very nice.

It was close to the beach for dipnetting

The room we had was super small! Especially since we had 3 young kids with us. They were over priced in my opinion for the room size for sure. I would go back again if it wasn't so expensive and cleaned properly
