Best Western Grandma's Feather Bed

bathtub

The room was cold and the heat wasn't working well.

The location, beds are comfortable and good breakfast.

My room was on the second floor. Every time I walked, the floor would squeak. I felt bad for those staying on the first floor.

the bathtub, breakfast and shuttle service.

They picked us up from airport very late & also took us to our ship for free. They also brought breakfast to our room.

Nice room. Mostly friendly staff. Clean

The breakfast is not so good and the guy that checked us in was a little grouchy. We had to wait for him to get there from an other hotel.

Close to the airport. Pretty room.

Bed was not featherbed comfortable as expected. No restaurant / bar on site or close by/ no snacks available.

I loved the featherbed, whirlpool jacuzzi tub and free breakfast.

This hotel is very unique compared to other hotels you will stay at. They staff is extremely friendly and willing to go above and beyond for there occupants. The rooms are very clean and inviting. Don¿t forget the bubbles!! The jacuzzi tub is amazing!

No Complaints whatsoever! A little more variety with breakfast would be nice. I know Covid has a roll in the options now. Also the latest you can have room service for breakfast is 8:30am. I would like to recommend to extend this to at least 10-10:30am.

adorable rooms

breakfast fills up up pretty fast and wasn't a priority for those already staying at the hotel. We were asked if we could wait in our room, as tables were reserved for an outside party.

No elevator

Blueberry pancakes

Great staff

The staff were so very helpful, and the breakfast provided was excellent.

Breakfast

The room was fun the food was awesome and staff was friendly

Staff went out of their way to help us deal with the steep staircase which was too steep for my husband to use the upper floor rooms

Accommodations are great - my only complaint is the steep staircase made it impossible for my husband to use an upper floor room. Next time I will certainly add my need for a main floor room in future. We had to move one of our reservation to the other Best Western which had a main floor room - although not anything like your rooms of coursse.

Clean; staff great; location to airport great; nice rooms

Hot tub didn’t have a stopper which they highly promote that feature ..

I was pleasantly surprised to find that there was a shuttle into town from our l hotel location. Meals were offered in addition to the tasty breakfast included in the room price.Staff was extremely friendly and helpful with anything!

The rooms were a bit small which ended up adding to the cozy atmosphere. Would have enjoyed a comfortable sitting area in either the room or the public area.

Free shuttle,to /from downtown, airport, ferry terminal.Free breakfast and snacks 24hs
