Pros +
- Room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. Staff was great.
- Nothing the website and hotel listings were misleading. My room was incorrect (reservation was made for a king but got a queen). The breakfast was just coffee and tea. The room was clean but it didnt have anything extra like a pillow or spare trash bags.
- Location large room with nice kitchen
Cons -
- Too many dogs almost seemed like a refuge. Obviously a voucher hotel for Juneaus poor or homeless. It didnt really bother us to much, but it was obvious. The Breakfast on the run was a complete joke!
- Tv not working because of snow
- Its pretty much a homeless shelter!? Cackling and screaming starts at 7pm and goes till 4am. And it sounds like its happening in every hall way and the lobby! As soon as I walked in I just felt like I had meth bugs crawling on me. And the room reeked

The staff, although first impression is they are cracked out druggies. Proved to have the best customer service Ive experienced in juneau.
