Friendly, helpful staff. Good location and affordable.

There was not any hot water in the morning we left.

Location

Back door was unlocked and open every night. Bar was over top of our room and could hear it all night. Place smelled like weed constantly. Place could use a major renovation.

Ceiling falling in, room doors didn?t close, screaming children, and very foul odor throughout hotel and rooms were even worse. Left and booked another hotel 10 minutes after arriving. Definitely not a 3 star hotel as listed.

Price is lower, and not far from the spit

Helpful staff. I wanted to switch rooms due to noisy family with young kids next door and they accomodated me without fuss

Restaurant did not open until 11 and closed early. Isolated and far from anything. We couldn¿t walk to anything, had to take taxi.

Housekeeping were attentive and helpful

The room did not have a table for us, only a chair. Housekeeping provided us with a small folding TV tray.

The location

The room had no circulation. Customer service was average. The room was small and I felt cramped. It was definitely not worth the price.

The very friendly staff.

Walls are very thin. Can hear the next door room person snoring and people talking in the hallway sounds like they are in the room with you. I would tell people to bring earplugs.

Location, laundry facilities and helpful staff

The room had a microwave/fridge. There was coffee and tea available in the lobby 24 hours a day (there was not a coffeemaker in the room). There was a nice view of the lake, and it was very quiet there. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful.

The room was very small. Although it was outdated, it was very clean.

Great location and restaurant on site. Good beds and pillows. Tea at desk and nice staff in hotel and restaurant.

We had a room with a refrigerator that was so loud it was hard to sleep. There was a fan in the room that covered up the sound so that helped. Really noisy neighbors. Hotel housed workers as well as travelers.

I wouldn't really call it a "hotel" - it is more at a "motel" level but clean, comfortable and they are starting to do upgrades. Two queens are in two different rooms which was surprising but ended up being nice when my friend wanted to go to bed earlier.

They walls are really thin and you can hear your neighbor but once we all went to sleep everything was nice and quiet.

The beds were very clean and comfy. The shower was fabulous.  the cranes were awesome. This place is not a dive, but funky and comfy. Staff members were friendly and very helpful.

TV did not work but was replaced the next day.

Heat did not work in the room. Front desk clerk brought a portable heater to us. It wasn't too bad.

Location on the main road in Homer. Like watching the float planes flying on the lake.

Room a bit small, but nice.

words quaint and cozy come to mind, close to the Spit, we were able to walk to the bakery down the road for breakfast

rooms were small, no breakfast offered but able to walk to a close bakery for breakfast, the office looked like a wood jail with the posts, the fridge door opened backwards- change the door or move it to the other side of the room

Curtin's would not close completely, no privacy and allowed light in. Also they were dirty. Front desk had trouble getting me a receipt. Broken equipment ( Refrigerators, micros, toilets sinks where pilled up out side my window Landscaping was a mess
