I booked this hotel based on value, I wasn't there as a tourist just needed to kill a couple of days before I could pick up a new vehicle. The hotel exceeded my expectations.
This is the worst hotel i have ever stayed. Out of my 4 days stay, I got itching in the 2nd day during my sleep and I saw the bed bugs on the 3rd day. I took a picture of the bugs and shown that to the hotel front desk. No refund was issued. Poor service
Price is great. Room was clean. Mopped sidewalk. Parking. Safe area. Breakfast was cooked, not a cheap continental style. Staff were friendly. Deposit of $100 was great. After arrival, they didn’t try to add additional fees like a lot of hotel chains do.

Set on the eastern side of I-4, this area is convenient to Disneys Animal Kingdom Resort Area, Animal Kingdom Park, Blizzard Beach Water Park and the ESPN Wide World of Sports complex. The receptionist at checkout was not personable at all. Did not ask if we had any questions at all she checked us in gave us our paperwork and sent us on our way. It would have been helpful with there being several buildings.
The staff was amazing. I was offered an upgrade to a 3 bedroom and everyone was extremely helpful.

Hot tub was nice but several really young children were alone and allowed in it.😞 Safety more than anything else bothered me about it.
