Staff was AMAZING!! They bent over backwards to accommodate our preferences. Rooms need a refresh and this hotel is in that process (3rd floor was creepy with all the doors off, the rooms mostly empty, and plastic covering the carpet when I went for ice).

The lobby was beautiful and the gardens were spectacular.
We have four grand children ages 5 to 8. The main reason we choose this location was for the water park and open spaces for the kids to run and play. We also reserved a cabana so we could all sit together and not have to get up early chairs
