Staff we're great, friendly and very helpful
The room was clean and everything we needed was provided. The inn itself was very clean. The front desk personnel were very friendly and helpful. Whenever we needed something there was always a person at the desk to help us. The breakfast was great! Food hot and plentiful. The dining room was always clean and inviting. The parking was good, well lit parking lot. The rooms easy to get to. Hot coffee available and also coffee packets for the in-room coffee available at the front desk. The location is great. Close to the 101 and I17, shopping, restaurants, downtown Phoenix just 30 minutes. We stayed a week and enjoyed our time there.

The hotel is beautiful, it's in a great location and the rooms are spacious and very clean. The staff were great as well, and they cleaned my room everyday, which is a great bonus these days. I thought the restaurants were very good too, with very good meals. I was there for an event, and the catering for one of the social days was really amazing.
The location of the hotel is in the center of Phoenix and lots of restaurants are nearby. The room was clean and spacious. In addition, the complimentary self parking was very nice.

This was my first stay at a Drury hotel, and I just loved it. Top-notch service, shuttle, beautiful room, with great layout, very clean, awesome kickback hour, pool, hot tub, popcorn, and fitness center. Very quiet too. Everything is thought of for your comfort.

Very elegant and luxury vibe and feel. Service is excellent and staff is very responsive, helpful, and pleasant. Rooms were very clean, bed was soft and comfortable, and bathroom was clean and proportionate to the room.

We really enjoyed the hot (not continental!!) breakfast. We also appreciated the friendly staff. For example, Tess at the Front Desk was extremely helpful. The server during breakfast on Friday, November 7th was very thoughtful. She went above and beyond when she cared enough to ask about whether or not the sun coming through the windows was bothering us. Wow, that was unexpected, amazing customer service! The bartender on Thursday evening, November 6th, was friendly and alleviated my concern about ordering close to closing time. We loved that the swimming pool was a combination indoor/outdoor pool, although we were bummed that we did not actually get a chance to use it. We definitely will come back to this hotel in the future. It is conveniently located for us.

They had a breakfast buffet every morning and coffee available throughout the day ! And I enjoyed the free parking out front. I didn’t have any trouble finding parking at night. The room itself was spacious and cleaned well.
Great shuttle to and from airport. Good breakfast. Comfortable quiet room. Courteous and helpful staff. We could have spent a week. The room had large refrigerator, dishes etc... all very clean.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️We had a wonderful stay at the Residence Inn by Marriott in Phoenix! The room was very clean, comfortable, and included a small but cute and well-equipped kitchen. The front desk staff were extremely friendly and helpful — they even allowed us to check in early without any extra charge, which we really appreciated. Everything about our stay was excellent, and we will definitely choose this hotel again when we return to Phoenix. Highly recommended.
The quality of the hotel was very nice. The room was large, comfortable, and cool when we opened the door after a hot Phoenix day.

The server during breakfast on Friday, November 7th was very thoughtful. She went above and beyond when she cared enough to ask about whether or not the sun coming through the windows was bothering us. Wow, that was unexpected, amazing customer service! The bartender on Thursday evening, November 6th, was friendly and alleviated my concern about ordering close to closing time. We loved that the swimming pool was a combination indoor/outdoor pool, although we were bummed that we did not actually get a chance to use it. We definitely will come back to this hotel in the future. It is conveniently located for us.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The staff was incredibly friendly and always eager to help with anything we needed. The location is excellent surrounded by plenty of shops, cafes, and parks, making it super convenient and enjoyable.

The room was clean and everything we needed was provided. The inn itself was very clean. The front desk personnel were very friendly and helpful. Whenever we needed something there was always a person at the desk to help us. The breakfast was great! Food hot and plentiful. The dining room was always clean and inviting. The parking was good, well lit parking lot. The rooms easy to get to. Hot coffee available and also coffee packets for the in-room coffee available at the front desk. The location is great. Close to the 101 and I17, shopping, restaurants, downtown Phoenix just 30 minutes. We stayed a week and enjoyed our time there.

Everything about this hotel was excellent. Breakfast was outstanding - fresh ground bean coffee machine, auto pancake maker, great scrambled eggs and fresh cinnamon rolls. Rooms are well laid out with sufficient drawers, hooks and cabinet storage areas. Very good desk and luggage spaces. Good lighting in room. Window blackout shades functionally worked well and easy to operate. Pillows labeled as soft or firm with different styles for personal preferences. Safe for valuables. A/C worked perfectly without blowing directly on you in bed and thermostat easy to operate. Manger was frequently present and circulated or checked with each guest to assure everything ok. TV large and new. Lobby and general areas spotless. Housekeeping came early to make up room, courteous and quick to respond to special request. Elevators operated quickly and efficiently. Didn't use pool but looked nice.

Location and room quiet
We really enjoyed the hot (not continental!!) breakfast. We also appreciated the friendly staff. For example, Tess at the Front Desk was extremely helpful. The server during breakfast on Friday, November 7th was very thoughtful. She went above and beyond when she cared enough to ask about whether or not the sun coming through the windows was bothering us. Wow, that was unexpected, amazing customer service! The bartender on Thursday evening, November 6th, was friendly and alleviated my concern about ordering close to closing time. We loved that the swimming pool was a combination indoor/outdoor pool, although we were bummed that we did not actually get a chance to use it. We definitely will come back to this hotel in the future. It is conveniently located for us.

This was my first stay at a Drury hotel, and I just loved it. Top-notch service, shuttle, beautiful room, with great layout, very clean, awesome kickback hour, pool, hot tub, popcorn, and fitness center. Very quiet too. Everything is thought of for your comfort.

Location and room quiet
We really enjoyed the hot (not continental!!) breakfast. We also appreciated the friendly staff. For example, Tess at the Front Desk was extremely helpful. The server during breakfast on Friday, November 7th was very thoughtful. She went above and beyond when she cared enough to ask about whether or not the sun coming through the windows was bothering us. Wow, that was unexpected, amazing customer service! The bartender on Thursday evening, November 6th, was friendly and alleviated my concern about ordering close to closing time. We loved that the swimming pool was a combination indoor/outdoor pool, although we were bummed that we did not actually get a chance to use it. We definitely will come back to this hotel in the future. It is conveniently located for us.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️We had a wonderful stay at the Residence Inn by Marriott in Phoenix! The room was very clean, comfortable, and included a small but cute and well-equipped kitchen. The front desk staff were extremely friendly and helpful — they even allowed us to check in early without any extra charge, which we really appreciated. Everything about our stay was excellent, and we will definitely choose this hotel again when we return to Phoenix. Highly recommended.

Location and room quiet
We really enjoyed the hot (not continental!!) breakfast. We also appreciated the friendly staff. For example, Tess at the Front Desk was extremely helpful. The server during breakfast on Friday, November 7th was very thoughtful. She went above and beyond when she cared enough to ask about whether or not the sun coming through the windows was bothering us. Wow, that was unexpected, amazing customer service! The bartender on Thursday evening, November 6th, was friendly and alleviated my concern about ordering close to closing time. We loved that the swimming pool was a combination indoor/outdoor pool, although we were bummed that we did not actually get a chance to use it. We definitely will come back to this hotel in the future. It is conveniently located for us.

Great luxury end hotel with lots of pools and a couple of restaurants Food was excellent and the service was good as well. The desert ridge area is on the edge of Phoenix and makes a good choice for those to wish to stay a little be further out of the downtown area.
Beautiful grounds and great hotel. We had 2 small children and they enjoyed simply hanging out at the pool. I wish i had some additional time to play golf but maybe next time.
