Great location, quality breakfast, nice ocean views, comfortable beds, very friendly and attentive staff.
The location was the best! Right on the beach and the view was phenomenal. We could walk to many places and it was a great place. The bed and room were so comfortable. The bell hops were so friendly and made our entrance so welcoming. The food at Palm and Pebble was great and the wait staff there was a well. The lazy river was a lot of fun. They also give you these bottles of water that were so nice to have. There was a filtered water station by the elevator that we used a lot. Our dog loved the place, too. He got some great treats and there is a nice pet restroom location.
Clean, fresh, fun, friendly, super comfortable rooms with relaxing ocean views. Great location and a really cool vibe. Live music by the pool with direct beach access. This place is fantastic (and I’m Hilton diamond and Marriott platinum) so I’ve stayed in a hotel or two. I know this is a different chain but I gotta say they nailed it.

There was nothing to like about the facility. It had a bad odor. The rooms were dirty. The couch look like there was a dead body left on it. The carpet stunk on every floor when we got to the hotel to check in. We were given the wrong room key And walk-in on another gentleman that was sitting in his living room when we complained about it downstairs the staff just minimize it and said it was a small issue and there was nothing that they could do. It was just one issue after another issue after we got out of the pools later on that day to go wash our hair we had forgot our shampoo and conditioner so when we called downstairs to ask if the hotel could provide some the lady explained that they only had shampoo and bars of soap, but no conditioners. When we ask for some type of compensation, the manager Gloria continuously said there was nothing that they could do because we booked through their party. I don’t recommend anyone of any sort to ever book their establishment. It’s old. It’s ancient everything in the world just seems so unsanitized the day of checkout we left about 7 AM and check out is not till 10 AM.

The location was the best! Right on the beach and the view was phenomenal. We could walk to many places and it was a great place. The bed and room were so comfortable. The bell hops were so friendly and made our entrance so welcoming. The food at Palm and Pebble was great and the wait staff there was a well. The lazy river was a lot of fun. They also give you these bottles of water that were so nice to have. There was a filtered water station by the elevator that we used a lot. Our dog loved the place, too. He got some great treats and there is a nice pet restroom location.
Clean, fresh, fun, friendly, super comfortable rooms with relaxing ocean views. Great location and a really cool vibe. Live music by the pool with direct beach access. This place is fantastic (and I’m Hilton diamond and Marriott platinum) so I’ve stayed in a hotel or two. I know this is a different chain but I gotta say they nailed it.

Very clean, breakfast was good, offered eggs, waffles, bagels, muffins, yogurt, cereal, can make a breakfast burrito with eggs, hash browns or cubed potatoes, and shredded pork. Also offered grits, coffee, tea, hot chocolate, OJ and apple juice. Stayed for 4 nights. No room service during our stay, we just went to the front desk for fresh towels or to replenish toiletries. Close to all attractions. We had a great stay.
