The room, and the hotel were non-smoking, however the room I has smelled like it has been a smoking room for years. There was also what looked like blood stains (like someone had a bloody nose and it dripped on the carpet) on the floor.

This The landscaping around the building gorgeous. Every staff member we encountered was friendly and outgoing. I personally witnessed a member of the housekeeping staff and the breakfast staff working hard and showing pride.
