The hotel in self is disappointing as soon as we open the door to the room, we got met with roaches running when the lights turned on the air condition water all over the floor. They said it?s normal , the room was not clean and gnats were everywhere

You get what you pay for here. I wasn't expecting much and that's what I got. You get a room, with a bathroom, the AC worked, some channels on the tv worked. Shower leaked water EVERYWHERE and took 10 minutes for the water to warm up.

The rooms were clean and a quiet hotle.
The hotel was everything opposite of expectations. There was renovations occurring which we were not informed about. The room was filthy due to construction, not all appliances were available like described in the room details.
The people were good at their jobs. They did everything they could to make our stay pleasant. The price was right. We paid $61.00 per night for a bed, shower, tv, and air conditioner. Some people are silly enough to pay $250 per night for the same stuff.

Roach infested, rude staff, they rented our room that we booked to another guest,my husband is handicapped. We had a room on the first floor. But they put us on the second floor. Elevator didn't work, so I had to help my husband up the stairs. Terribrvic.

I really liked the room layout. We wanted a walk in shower and they accommodated us very nicely by switching us to a studio suite. It was perfect! We really enjoyed our time there. The breakfast was nice too.

Hotel location, walking distance to a lot of restaurants. All staff were friendly, especially the bar staff. The bar did get busy at night, but it was mostly business people and easy to network.
Extremely clean & comfortable room! The staff was very friendly, welcoming & helpful! Super impressed that the lobby had amazing smelling candles burning everywhere, in addition to fresh flowers! Would stay here again without a doubt!

Nice area nice staff looks nice when first come in room but not cleaned well at all to much hair all over the places especially on the towels.
The staff were hard-working, long suffering, kind and as accommodating as anyone could wish for. They reported working double and in one case, a triple shift, because of understaffing. I'd call it employee abuse.

Hotel transferred me to another sister Marriott hotel because the hotel was without power when I arrived to checkin.

I liked the location. I was there for Taste of Addison and they gave 4 free tickets which was unexpected surprise. I had a good view. Morning bf was decent. Front desk clerk was nice.

If I could give negative stars I would. Hotel staff walked into my room without knocking and then charged me for the sheets saying they were excessively dirty and had to be thrown away. So disgusted by this entire experience
